Visited the school for the first time last night. I did not feel like a stranger. I enjoyed the family based environment and amount of respect shown both in and out of class. As a 30 year veteran of m...artial arts, a different path taken, I was encouraged to join the family and teach my crafts to others. I have visited many schools in the area and I feel I have found a place where I can call home while I am in the QC. I look forward to continuing to learn and share what I know with my new martial arts family.

... All the instructors are knowledgeable and fun. A great place to go to learn self defense, discipline and get in shape at the same time.

Very family like. Been here for about 4 years and I love it.
One year ago in a wheelchair. Now look at me. Another year older. But probably the best shape I've been in years. Still not walking perfectly. But I would say if I'm not done with it that's because I'm not finished.
It is always so much fun to watch a student break a board the excitement And the sense of accomplishment and confidence in their face. Paul did a great job. I have so many students have their first board. I do not have my first board after 34 years. I do have one board a broken three pieces I think I've only done that twice in my life kicking out the center of the board. Have you ever done that before? Or have your first board and how long have you had it?

Spellious Martial Arts students there will be NO classes today at either the South Park or North Park location due to the tournament being held at Bettendorf High School.

The promotion results are in. they all passed. Lots of yellow belts. And a new temporary black belt. Congratulations to all.
