I was in the rehab unit at Splendido, Sonora, when I broke my leg last summer. The staff was fabulous. Such caring people.

My parents have been residents since they opened 10 yrs ago. Sonora (the residence hospital is top notch as we witnessed tenderness, concern & care not only for my father during Hospice but my Mom thr...ough all of it. Dad has passed but both love Splendido. The staff is amazing. The care is amazing. The facility is amazing. Immaculate. It is my model when I start my search in 10-15 years. It is the best place to wait on God. If they had them in Florida I would sign up now. See More

When you have a sense of purpose, it stays with you through the day—and the night. Those involved with a good cause report better sleep quality and are less lik...ely to suffer from sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome. Try volunteering for a cause you care about, or find purpose through mindfulness. #AgeWell
