Great and honest news coverage. You won't hear this on western msm. The west is being swamped with bogus news, orchestrated by our governments, who all seem to ...bow to the same master, the Evil Empire in the West (that's USA in case you were wondering).
Sputnik does a great job, and deserves our respect and admiration as their reputation (and other media from the Russian corner) is constantly being smeared by western governments and media.
Do not be fooled, western propaganda has hit a new high these days, I have never witnessed similar attempts to put "the other side" as they seem to regard it, in a bad light.

If you are reading main stream media you are only being told the lies that your government wants you to hear. Main stream is owned by the same elite that own ou...r politicians. I read news from a very wide range of regions and news sources and Sputnik regularly provides well written, easy to follow TRUTH, that is based in facts. Many people all over the world view news from their present and historical perspective. This perspective is narrowed intentionally by your politicians and media. I am USA and I love Sputnik News.

When western media ignored the fascist crimes being committed against the people of the then Autonomous Republic of Crimea an...d against the inhabitants of the areas of Lugansk and Donetsk in southeastern Ukraine. I had to look elsewhere to find truth. You will find it here.

I've been following this outlet since the times when it was known as Voice of Russia.

My very first tweet was to promote this agency. I respect them enough to have given them my resume which is, perhaps, on file somewhere.

When comments were enabled my appreciation for the site took off. Suddenly, another outlet I had patronized was eclipsed. I promptly became a moderator and then a blogger for Sputnik.

I follow them via multiple methods: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and via RSS.

I have since moved on, becoming a part of alternative media myself and having a bigger impact than I realize. I hope that you, who read this, will do the same. You can start right here at Sputnik.

I find SPUTNIK more reliable and trustworthy than all MSM that are just propaganda tools for Western countries which derived pleasure in spreading falsehood abo...ut other countries that failed tow the lines of the West.I will encourage SPUTNIK to continue this good work no matter the attack from the West at the end it's truth that would prevail over tons of lies the MSM publishes. For the many years i've followed Sputnik, they have always been consistent & coherent in their journalism. They follow stories with evidence, logic & reason - they also report what MSM refuse to touch.
This media outlet has simply been attacked for telling the truth.

I like this page to see russian news not any chinese propaganda news on india or india bashing news, i supported russia ,most of the indians support russia, but... now a days RT and sputnik posting chinese propganda news on india, now you 2 media's has changed my mind from pro russia, oneday china will become more powerfull than russia, and china will recapture those lands captured by russia during the 60s, and i want to see what you russian media's posting at that time, you will loose india to west if you keep supporting china.. and does vietnam?
