I want to extend congratulations to those who have been involved in the return of Stabase Studios. It's a long time overdue!

I and my cast and crew have some very fond memories of their friendship, assistance and education we we filmed Starship Republic! Getting to see those Trek sets for the first time and fulfilling a dream of making a fan film is one of the high points of life.

The biggest highlight was when we completed filming, Scott Johnson said to me, "Of all the peopl...e that came through here, you're one of the few who wasn't an a*hole..." Made me want to come back for more!

So to all those who I know were involved -- Scott Johnson, Kent Edwards, Glen Wolfe, Glenn Miller, Vance Major Owen, Jonathan Lane, and the NBC Orchestra -- it's good to have you back!

Peace and long life!

Regards,

Ray Tesi

STAR TREK CONTINUES TRANSFERS SET OWNERSHIP TO STAGE 9 STUDIOS

| 2/5/2018

...

KINGSLAND, GA USA – Stage 9, the studio that has been the home of the award winning web series STAR TREK CONTINUES since 2013 has transferred the set ownership to Ray Tesi of STAGE 9 STUDIOS, LLC. The new entity will remain in the same building where STAR TREK CONTINUES filmed its 3 vignettes and 11 full length episodes.

Vic Mignogna, executive producer of Star Trek Continues, says, “The main priority for me was to see that these beautiful sets remain intact where we built them and know that they would be preserved and well cared for. I’m extremely gratified that Ray Tesi has ensured that these priorities of mine are accomplished.”

According to Ray Tesi: “This is a life-long dream-come-true for me. This is NOT a money-making enterprise, but an opportunity to share the passion that millions of STAR TREK fans have for the series! What Vic and his cast and crew have created is remarkable. The mission of STAGE 9 STUDIOS is to pay homage to the legacy that is STAR TREK, and remain respectful to STAR TREK CONTINUES & CBS.”

STAGE 9 STUDIOS contains a full-scale suite of Constitution class starship sets including: the bridge, transporter room, engineering, sickbay, briefing room, captain’s quarters, auxiliary control, a 100 foot-long corridor, a near-by green screen facility, and much more!

STUDIO UPDATE

We at Starbase Studios have been working hard toward a goal of fixing the situation with Glen Wolfe.
Almost a dozen people have attempted to communicate and facilitate several different proposals with Mr. Wolfe but to no avail.
Most recently Jonathan Lane and Vance Major had a compromise worked out that would’ve had the fan film community back up and running. ...
It was a negotiation that had been going on since Thanksgiving.
We were close to signing the deal.
That is until the Federation Files filmed on the sets without even consulting anyone, as we had agreed to no shooting because of the ongoing litigation.
Starbase Studios was officially shutdown at the end of September 2017 after we were served court documents by Glen Wolfe.
The materials & items that mysteriously went missing were now seen used in this shoot, for example: the towers for the computer monitors, multiple Burke chairs, red alert signs,
Tri-Viewer, etc.
These pictures are straight from the Federation Files pg. from the Saturday 1-13-18 shoot.
The locks had been changed after Mr. Wolfe had taken items from Starbase Studios and only Kent Edwards, Scott Johnson, and the landlord had the key.
Now we see that the landlord is letting people in to film on the sets without himself or Mr. Wolfe even consulting us and possibly to remove more items/things from the sets. Maybe that's harsh, but we can't really be sure what's going on, as we were never even consulted in the first place...
And why hide it if we were negotiating a deal in good faith?
So, given the fact that no one will return ANY messages, texts, calls, etc, it looks like no deal will be reached and now more time has been wasted.
It looks like court is on the horizon.
It seems to be the ONLY option left.

As always we welcome and appreciate your support.... 🖖

The wife of one of own, Gerald Griffin who plays Chief Engineer Baines in Starship Republic, is undergoing surgery today to remove cancer. Like many of us strapped for money, Kayla and Gerald can use our help. Any donations to help them cover the expense is greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks!

'Gerald Griffin'

Today is the day! In just a few hours Kayla will undergo her surgery to remove the cancer. If all goes well they will get it all and if not they will use radi...ation to clean up those pesky cells. At the current time our bills from this are estimated at around $6,000. I know most of my friends of mine are in a similar boat when it comes to money especially teachers. So what I am asking is that you share this on your social media and for those that want to contribute may do so.

Need lots of thoughts and prayers!

Thanks so much my awesome friends and family. Love you all.

When I made this campaign I was thinking I was going in for a hysterectomy. I knew it was going to be difficult and that we would need some help since I was thinking that I would be off work for for about 8 weeks or so. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. When I heard those two words, "it's cance...

90 days ago, Starbase Studios was put into a state of disarray. Things were removed from the studio without knowledge or permission from all the owners and the studio was vandalized.
A police report was filed and those responsible have yet to be held accountable. Here we stand over 90 days later, still trying to pick up the pieces of a mess that someone else created.

Base, Cradle and Madison Chair completed! Coming along NOW. I have the mechanics done.. It swivels.. Madison Chair DONE.. ARMRESTS DONE!. Need to finish skinning the base and cradle.. THEN PAINT. I am so inspired by the folks at Farragut Studios and those on the prop making forums who have made OUT OF THIS WORLD props. I just hope I can make mine turn out as half as theirs!

Transmission from Dominion Media:
Status update:
We have released two episodes of Dreadnought Dominion recently. "Chain of Command," which deals with the stress and responsibilities of assuming the command of a vessel, and "Command and Conquer," which is sort of the "mirror image" of "Chain of Command."

We have two episodes of Dreadnought Dominion written and are waiting for the best opportunity to get into a studio and shoot them....
We have several other episodes that we are excited about producing at some point.

Star Trek Outlaws is doing VERY well on Youtube.
The 4 episodes, combined have over 23,000 views.
We do plan to do do more episodes when time allows.

Excalibur Logs: The Haunting is in post production and should be ready for release by New Years Day 2018.

"The Avarice Snare: (The second episode of What Lies Beyond), was released on Oct 3rd, and is doing well on Youtube.
A 3rd episode has been written, and a fourth is in development.
"What lies Beyond " is our first, and (so far) only series that is not based on Star Trek.
It is an anthology series in the spirit of "The Twilight zone"
if you haven't tried it, go and check it out. We think you'll like it.

Thank,
Dominion Media
