Had so much fun being the Keynote Speaker at the 10th Annual Microsoft DigiGirlz Event! I spoke to 200+ DCPS middle school girls about the importance of learning how to code. The event was held at In3DC where I had the book launch for "Sasha Savvy Loves to Code". Thanks to Donna Woodall and Danna Jennings of Microsoft for making the event a success! #microsoft #makewhatsnext #stem #coding #girlpower
Was on a panel with Katherine Johnson’s granddaughter (Hidden Figures) to talk to NYC educators about ways to get children interested and excited about coding. Also, I sold all of my books!
