What mr. New done today to the people that he had come to Tamarac was very upsetting he misled over 40 or more of us who he made come all the way to Tamarac some from miles away knowing that we are al...l heart patients that are in the Raleigh Heart Center malpractice suit he gave her information to some man named dr. Ross made us sign a disclaimer stating that mr. Ross is not a treating physician and no doctor patient relationship exists but giving dr. Ross access to any personal legal and medical records and conduct collateral interviews to acquire information he then had mr. Ross speak to all of us for over two hours about the malpractice that was done at the Raleigh Heart Clinic in which the doctor there was using dirty syringes on multiple patients mr. Ross has answered questions which included questions about the stress and emotional damage that some had endured which mr. Ross said was a tragedy after 2 hours of mr. Ross talking and answering questions mr. New stands in front of us all if they're talking about how it was wrong that when you put your trust in a doctor you shouldn't have to ever worry that he's going to harm you he then asks for us too pass the disclaimers to him as he's doing this he then lets us know that the ones that are negative you're no longer his clients because there's nothing he can do he says for stress and the emotional damage that it had done to the individuals and their families I then told him I was not going to give him my disclaimer because he had misled us and had lied to us I told him that I was going to go to the news in the paper and he didn't for me that he would bring a lawsuit against me and sue me I've been looked at him and said that's fine what are you going to sue me for I am poor See More

I would appreciate some help with a wrongful termination I experienced with an agency named, Davis Stuart. I was being trained by the house parents, these house parents knew they were not to leave children alone while in public and they did this continually, even before I was hired. The house mother was driving with the children and myself and she dropped several of the children off at different locations and left them there alone. One of the children had been smoking synthetic marijuana with friends, so we picked him up and took him for medical care. I was told I needed to write a critical incident report, so I did and I told every thing that happened like I should and when the gentleman read my report, he said I gave too many details and I had to be let go. I just wrote the truth, like any good social worker would and should and I was terminated for doing so. If this is a wrongful termination, can I please get some assistance. I was not in charge and I was not making the decisions cause I was being trained by these individuals. I would greatly appreciate your help. See More
