Last night, we celebrated ✨ the ratification ✨ of our very first contract!!! cc: CWA Local 1180

Some highlights include:
*total 7.5% raises during life of the contract
*20 days vacation after 1 yr of employment...
*yearly professional development fund for each employee
*remote work policy
*comp time policy
*new health insurance plan with broader network, $0-$20 copays and decreased monthly premium costs
*yearly stipend for mental health care
*guaranteed give to retirement plan for those making under 50k and match for those making above 50k
*immediate increase of $4000-5000 in salaries for lowest paid employees

Thank you to everyone who was a part of this fight and believed in us over the past three years. We finally have a contract worthy of StoryCorps' mission to create a more just and compassionate world!!!
