'Never salt or season your ramen because it is combined with a seasoned base (tare in Japanese). The base can be the braising liquid from meat, soy sauce, tamari, or dashi but salt is never added to the broth itself so that the seasoning in the final bowl of ramen comes from only one source.'

'Wagyu or Kobe? Here's the difference.
Both are the same type of beef from the same breed of cattle. Except Kobe beef is produced from Wagyu cattle born in the Kobe region of Japan. Any other beef produced form Wagyu cattle outside of Kobe is known as Wagyu beef.'

Poor service. Waited 30 mins for the food to be served and another 30 mins for the bill to be processed.

Love the food! Sashimi is my fave. Their salad is good but one time we ordered something a little saltier than what we hoped for but it's fine. Haven't really tried their drinks..
