We often mention "screenprinting" but how many of you understand the process? Watch this 2-minute video we made, and become an instant expert!
A client gave us a difficult job - print color plus white on the backs of over 70 pieces of custom-cut glass. The glass shapes were non-rectangular, so the first thing we did was design and manufacture placement jigs to make sure the artwork was straight and centered on the glass.
Once the jigs were made, we placed the glass pieces in their slots and printed on our Agfa Jeti printer. A quick wipedown at the end to make sure all the pieces were shiny and perfect, and the project was done.
Odd-shaped glass, back-printed with color plus white? Yeah...we do that!
One of our core values at Sun Graphic Technologies is community involvement. One way we’re living that value this holiday season is by providing Christmas presents to underprivileged children.
We teamed up with the The Salvation Army of Manatee County through their Adopt-a-Family program to sponsor two families, each with three children ranging in age from 11 months to 11 years.
All 23 of our family members stepped up to the plate to help those families, to ensure their kids... have a Christmas full of presents. We didn’t forget the adults either – they’re getting gift cards as well!
