Visited Supercharger at the Emporium today and my boyfriend had an allergic reaction to a product with peanuts in it. He suffers from anaphylaxis and carries an... epipen with him at all times as a result. Admittedly, he forgot to ask if the dish contained nuts. However, many dishes on the menu that do contain nuts are labelled clearly, which makes this inconsistency troubling.

My complaint is not about the labelling of the menu, however. Rather, it was the behaviour of the staff when I returned to the store to clarify whether or not the dish contained nuts. Without a shred of sympathy (and at this point I'm clearly holding an epipen in my hand) I am told that it is my boyfriend's fault for not asking if the product contained nuts.

And perhaps it is, but given that I have seen this woman at both the Supercharger in the Emporium and at the one in the QV building, I can only assume she is part of management.

A less rude and far more helpful response (given that I was clearly distressed and stated that he had a severe allergy) would have been to offer to escort us to a security office or info desk, and offer to have an ambulance called. Instead, I was glared at until I walked away and we were left to navigate the confusing Emporium building on our own in search of an info desk or security guard.

Safe to say the food is not tempting enough for me to return, the service is simply too rude - even when a life is at stake. عرض المزيد

Went to Supercharger at QV and after finding out that they stopped making the Green Day smoothie, I asked for a moment to decide from the new menu. Then the cashier answered a call on his mobile and after waiting for ten minutes I just left. What a joke.

I ate at the Chadstone outlet today.
Not only did I enjoy the meal very much, but it is obviously very nutritious and also not expensive.
The ONLY thing I would complain about is that you don't have more stores!

3.5/5 Great, tasty, DIY and healthy 'fast food' feed BUT absolutely did not rate the quantity for the cost. The deep bowl that is used as a main was just skimmi...ng the half way mark! The only thing full was the two soup side dishes. Knowing the amount given, I most likely will choose another option. Would recommend. Cheap produce shouldn't be expensive! عرض المزيد

Went to Supercharger Wholefood on Saturday (4 Feb) at the Emporium, they had a new menu, even though the staff was helpful when I asked if the set menu that I picked had sesame or chickpea, I still had an allergic reaction about an hour or so later.

Some of the freshest, tastiest food I have ever had! Supercharger proves that you can provide "fast food" that is fresh and nutritious.

If I could had the time and creativity to cook like this, I would be Vegan. Thoroughly enjoyed my no.1 at emporium today. Soup was delicious with authentic Thai flavours. The salad was eclectic and fulfilling. Cheers �

Where to start?

We are regular customers of Supercharger Vegan (Emporium) We have been regular customers for the past 2 years. The food and service has always ...been great! Up until yesterday ....

I am not usually one to post bad reviews but feel this time, needed to be said.

So, we were instore last night, around 6:30pm Saturday (Dec 10th) My daughter and I were served by a young woman (not sure of her name, but had a distinct foreign accent) Her attitude ABSOLUTELY SUCKED!!! From the time she took our order, to preparing it, to giving it to us. From the outset, she failed miserably, to actually "listen" to our order. Seemed like the end of the day for her, 2 big orders and couldn't even be bothered with getting it right, sighing & rolling her eyes when I was making specific requests! Then to STILL getting our order wrong and serving it to me in a chipped bowl? Who knows, could've broken into my food! When I made mention of it to her, the look on her face said it all. On my order I actually requested Coconut Raita (for my daughter) I'm actually allergic to Coconut and requested at the outset to have it in a seperate bowl. She almost poured it over MY food, I politely reminded her, it needed a seperate bowl. The look on her face, pissed off!!!! I was absolutely sick of it and let her know! She kept back at me, telling ME, that I was the one with attitude? All the while, looking at her female "friend"/staff member for confirmation? Even to the point of telling me to "shoosh!" What a cheek!

It's not all doom & gloom .... we have frequented the store for the past 2 years, sometimes 3-4 times per week. Ask any of the lovely staff you have there. Tim, Isa, Jordan, Tirak, Hanna (when she was there) Phoebe and even Jess the store manager. She was great! Yes, we have come to know the staff on a first-name basis. They are wonderful. They are the "dream-team" for a bunch of young people. On occasion, we have been known to take small "gifts" for the staff in appreciation of their awesome customer services (vegan cupcakes and Red Balloon sweets) To our surprise, Jess, started selling Red Balloon sweets instore. I could go on about the wonderful staff there .... tonight, I won't.

In future, we refuse to be served by the young woman "with the attitude" and will eat elsewhere, much to our disappointment! She has ABSOLUTELY WRECKED IT FOR US!!!!! عرض المزيد

I have been to supercharger in prahahn twice now and both times I have had such a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and even remembered who I was ...after the first time I had been there. The food was lovely and I had a difficult time deciding what I should eat. It's so nice knowing I can get good quality plant based food for a reasonable price on the go and in a pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely be coming here again :) عرض المزيد

I loved going to the shop in Melbourne emporium , until they hired new staff. They didn't portion the food properly or cook it to the same quality as they once... did. The food became flavourless and was a disappointing let down from the place I once loved going to every week. Menu change was also disappointing. عرض المزيد

I found the ordering system to be a bit complicated and not very flexible, and the two staff members I interacted with to be not the most friendly, having said ...that the food, although quite a small portion for the price was very tasty, and the smoothies and desserts are my absolute favourite. Went there for lunch with a friend. Everything looked fresh and appetising. I chose the "endurance" deal. Got small bowls of bean soup and Tempe in sour/spicy s...auce, and a large bowl with brown rice, quinoa, coconut sauce and some more goodies. Everything was tasty and filling, will have my lunch there again for sure. Highly recommended even if you are not vegan. عرض المزيد

Wonderful wholesome tasty food! But I must day your serving sizes (at least at the emporium store where I have been) are a bit sad, literally 2 tablespoons of veg just kinda slapped on there, so tiny :c I don't feel like I'm getting $14 worth of food most of the time.

I'm a big fan of your Prahran shop. Food is just amazing and your stuff is always so friendly!! I also love the fact that the food gets to the table with no time. So happy that I found that place! :)
