Oldie but a goodie!
Join us for the Electric Auto Association Hudson Valley Chapter Kick Off Meeting
More and more people are going out to test drive electric cars. I was actually nervous when I first did - a Chevy Bolt - but so smooth. There is a backup camera and other tech features higher than my 2007 Prius (which is trucking along magnificently) but it didn't take long to get very accustomed and comfortable. Come to the Ulster County Court House in Kingston NY this Saturday morning!
National Drive Electric Week, September 9-17, 2017, is a nationwide celebration to heighten awareness of today's widespread availability of plug-in vehicles and highlight the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars, trucks, motorcycles, and more. This event encourages the public to interact with EV owners and dealers to get their questions answered and learn about the many advantages of driving electric.
If you are an EV owner and wish to show your vehicle you may register here: https://driveelectricweek.org/event.php?eventid=1107
At 11:30 AM Hugo Jule of the Drive Electric Hudson Valley campaign will give a "Charging Stations 101" for those who want to know what L1 vs. L2 vs DC Fast Chargers are all about!
