Sutherland Presbytery was due to be meeting on Tuesday morning. However, due to the snowy weather, the presbytery meeting has been postponed until Tuesday, April 3rd. Please pass this on to everyone who needs to know. Be good neighbours to those who need help in these days 🙂
Rev. Anthony Jones moved from Sutherland Presbytery to Lochaber Presbytery on Saturday February 3rd.

Sad news from Lairg Parish of the recent death of one of their former elders: HART - Peacefully, in Achvarasdal Care Home, Reay, Thurso, on Thursday, 21st December, 2017, George Evered Talbot Hart, "Ev", formerly of Lairg. Funeral service will be held in Lairg Parish Church, on Saturday, 30th December, at 11.00am. Thereafter to Lairg Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. No flowers please but donations, if desired, may be given at the service for Lairg Parish Church Funds or sent to Alasdair Rhind, Funeral Directors, Sutherland House, Bank Street, Tain. Our next meeting of Sutherland Presbytery will be tomorrow, Wednesday 8th November at 10:30am, at Lairg Parish Church. There will be refreshments from 10am, and the meeting is open to anyone to join with us.
In the afternoon there will be a Vacancies Conference at the same venue, from 1:30pm. Anyone is welcome to join us then too.
