Suunto World Vertical Week starts tomorrow! Put on your running shoes, hop on your bike or release your heels and start skinning up the hill. We all have experienced the challenges of a big climb; the slower pace, deeper breathing and rhythmical progress towards the summit. The hesitation on the way up - and also the reward of reaching the top. But what about the thrill of the down? Gravity helping us, we are faster - almost flying - enjoying the rewards of the slow crawling up the hill!

Now is the time to celebrate both the suffering and the flying. Welcome to the third annual #VerticalWeek!
