Our latest software update for the Suunto Spartan brings heart rate (HR) zones for training. The update will start releasing today to a limited audience, and by 22.1. it will be released to all Spartan owners.
You can now track your training intensity in real-time during your activity, and view the duration spent in each zone. HR zones are customizable and available for both default (factory) sport modes and those you customize. Check out the key FAQ and tutorials to learn more. Happy training!
