At last year's Barkley Marathons Gary Robbins crossed the finish line a few seconds after the 60-hour time limit. It was unequivocally a DNF - and probably the most heartbreaking DNF in the history of DNFs. Now Gary is back and ready for his third attempt at the ultra-grueling ultra-race.
Ski tours in the spring tend to be a bit longer than early in the season, but almost 2.000 km with 85.000 meters of ascent sounds a bit much. Or what do you think?
