A few days before our trip to Oakland, we have decided that it's time to put our van, Ruckus, out to scrap yard. She can't take the hard life on the road with a band anymore. So, I am posting this photo series called, "Ode to Ruckus." It's really just a bunch of photos of our late van. This won't affect our travel plans, though. We will be renting a temporary replacement vehicle to get us to Oakland this weekend. (11 foto's)

Okay, so the Van is okay...ish. I'm not getting my hopes up yet, but there were a few things that were obviously wrong with it, according to our mechanical consultants. The good news is that it will most likely be fixed before we have to ...drive to Oakland. If we do get it fixed in time, I will be plugging the shit out of the place and person that fixed it in future posts. What's happening tomorrow? I smell something in the wind.
For the last two shows that we have attended as a band, but not performed, we have been given shout outs and tee shirts by one of the performing bands. I hope this becomes a trend.

We played with this band in Los Angeles last year, that was loud and tasty, and they just came out with their first album...AND IT'S FREE! No excuses, people.
