Brought our 6 year old son to try it out. Was disappointed when they said that in order for him to play we would have to pay for one of us to play. We were going to pay the 16 for him to play all day ...but we didn't have the 36 dollars in our budget to pay for both of us. We didn't want to disappoint him so we just paid 8 dollars each to play for one hour. My wife told me to go off and play so that we can get our money's worth and she stayed with our son and watched him play (which was the plan in the first place, he's happy with us just watching him). There were about 4 different games he wanted to play that were broken. We did not did not tell the lady up front because she seemed a little busy on her FB also we knew we would not be back so it didn't matter. It reeked of smoke. E-mailed the owner before leaving review just to let them know and he responded back a little rudely and his his e-mail made no sense (plus he was not there until the last 5 minutes of our time there). Cool concept but pricey and not friendly. See More

This is a great place to go and just have some fun! My kids love the unlimited game play no quarters or tickets just game play. Also the laser tag is a blast!!!! We actually had my sons 20th bday ther...e. I highly recommend this place especially one day that's too hot, rainy or just plain boring. So glad this place is in our neighborhood! See More

We had our son's birthday party here today, and while the kids had fun, there's definitely some room for improvement. It was extremely hot when we got there, especially in the birthday party room. Our... party started at 2 when the place opened, and it felt like they maybe turn the air off when they're closed, it was that hot and stuffy. By the time we left at 4:30 it was still very warm. The party room is also up stairs with no handicap access, thankfully my father who was just in an accident and is on crutches didn't come, or he wouldn't have been able to make it up there. I think that's something they should disclose when booking parties. Overall it may be something we take our son back to if he really asks, but we won't be going out of our way to spend the day there or book another party unless the place has some big changes done. Pretty cool place to go hang out for a bit. Multicade cabs have a ton of old school games. They have a few true pinball games. Ghostbusters was the coolest one. The board game room was crazy. They hav...e a TON of games, it was difficult to really look at everything bc there is so much and it's stacked up. There were a couple times where I thought a stack was going to fall from moving one thing on top. If it were better organized they'd probably sell a lot more. Pricing is a tiny bit on the higher side, but being one of two game stores on this side of town, I guess they have to. I'm not sure how their prices compare to Ettin games. This place has a lot of potential! Over all, I would go back! It's fun and it's not too expensive to play the arcade games. I hope in the future they add more older games. See More

Absolutely awesome! The employee did nothing but help with games we didn’t know how to use or just have advice.

Definitely worth the money. Which outbeats any other prices around. All old school

Wow! That's all I have to say. I swung by here the other day with a couple friends and was blown away by how much was tucked into this building. On the outside it looks small, but when you walk inside... you're mind is blown by all the arcade cabinets and pinball machines and the hobby shop and everything else! Who knew they could pack this much awesome into one building. I saw a lot of reviews on here saying it was cluttered, but when I went I saw organized fun for hours! Yes they have a TON of board games and things in their hobby shop, but it's very organized and FULL. Im glad to see the place full of different merch I'd love to buy rather than sparse with only a couple things I'm interested in. These guys NAILED the gaming business. I live only a couple minutes away so I will definitely be spending my weekends in here. See More

Lots of vintage games, pay by time so you can play anything you want including those games that burned up your money when you were trying to learn them way back when. Staff was great and very helpful.... I'll definitely be back. See More

Went to the Kingwood location on a whim, my sister insisted we go and check the place out. I've lived about 3 minutes from this place for nearly a month and my only regret is not going there sooner. I...t's nice to see a place that is such a "one stop shop" for gaming. While other places in the North Houston area may be arcades or board game shops, this place is pretty much everything (plus laser tag!). They have a good selection of arcade machines and are packed with shop merchandise from floor to ceiling. I bought a D&D landscape map to support the place for having visited.

I'm sure kids would find this place fun too, but I think the nostalgia factor is something the kids won't experience as much as an adult that might visit here. Reminds me of old arcades and hobby stores, so it's like a stroll down memory lane. Given that, the guy who was there when I visited with my sister was super chill and friendly. Didn't watch us like a hawk (we went in to shop, not play the games) and his prices were on-par with any other hobby shop in the Houston area. While more anime-related selection would be nice, that's probably a small fraction of his target demographic, so it's understandable. Can't wait to bring some friends here!!

We really enjoyed the laser tag. It was great family fun. My wife and our three kids all played laser tag. We were visiting from Maryland and wanted to allow the kids to do something fun and affordabl...e. This place provides an affordable place to entertain children and engage the entire family. We will definitely be coming back again when we visit from Maryland. See More

Where to start...I play Flames of War and this place is by far the largest FoW stock in Houston/Humble/Tomball/Spring...You get the idea. And that goes for both stores, Spring or Kingwood nicely stoc...ked. I have seen complaints about price, well factor in shipping and waiting and he is lower than on-line, not to mention the last time I used on-line from Manufacture (over sea) I needed to get a new Credit Card. This place also has a great Star Wars selection of RPG, X-Wing, Armada, and Imperial Assault and many more these are just my current hobbies which they help keep me up to date on. Swords and Superhero's somehow get the new stuff in before the other 4 places around Houston. I go here first the new RPG books cause he always has them first. Most times 2 to 4 days before the other guys. I go in at odd times so I can only speak for myself but he has always been helpful and tries to talk me into a game of FoW but dont have time most days. To fair the other gaming shops in and around Houston are equally nice and carry a large selection of Star Wars as well. BUT they cannot match Swords and Superhero's Flames of War stock or get the Star Wars RPG in faster. See More

The kids had a great time playing their imaginative combat laser tag. Overall, the space seems small with everything crammed in there. But they definitely have every board game you could dream up. It ...was interesting and nostalgic. I'm glad they are around and plan to take the kids back for different activities. See More

Just had a birthday party here for our 13 year old. They loved it! Great setup for a teen party. Laser Tag was real hit with all of the kids (even the girls). Retro Arcade was a blast... from the past.
