Why holistic medicine?
In Holistic Medicine, we believe that various parts of our body and our emotions work synergistically to create the balance of health, then the name, SYNERGiE. All parts of our body are interdependent; if one part is not working property, the other parts will be affected. Holistic medicine looks for and treats the underlying causes of the symptoms, “The story behind the story”.

Why warm hands and feet are important?
I know most people they never pay attention on that.
But you should think about that, why human being's body temperature stay 98.6 F? The temperature is symbol of energy. when your hands and feet are always cold, is your heart can't give blood to the farthest part of body. But if you go to hospital to check your heart it always fine.

You can't listen machine tell you about your health....
Only you can listen yourself !!
Listening your body, he/she will tell you what is going on, even tiny thing if you listen.
Follow the simple 4 items, you are basically fine.

Hope every body have wonderful life.

Make these small changes to restore your body’s balance:
Lights off BEFORE 11pm
Minimize Diary and Egg
Maximum Daily Fruit Intake: one of your fist-size portion
If you can’t finish your dinner before 8pm, eat no meat....
No fruits, cold/raw foods, and caffeinated drinks after mid-afternoon
Though it’s best to avoid added sugar products, real raw sugar is still better than FAKE or engineered sugar.
Boil peeled, sliced ginger and have a cup of warm ginger water each morning. (Remember: More is not better!)
Eat real, natural foods, not dietary supplements.
The coldest drink or food is at room temperature.
Keep your shoulders, midsection, and legs warm as much as you can.
No more than one cup of caffeinated drink a day.
No caffeinated drink within 2 hours of taking herbal medicine.
