awful company!!! too many complaints to list but if you are a business owner do not use Sysco they lie and cheat you out of money. They send the wrong product and then no refund unless you threaten ...a lawsuit. This company has ruined one too many days of mine and I am always left without something because of back orders or the sales rep orders the wrong thing and then you are left paying for it anyway. USA foods is a way better company that loves getting business as opposed to Sysco where it seems you have to fight just to get an order placed. See More

I can deal with rude people pretty well. I was late for a delivery appointment by an hour to Oxnard, CA, in which I was completely honest with him, I was a block away and had a run in with the shooter... in Las Vegas. I made the mistake of turning around on the side of Mandalay Bay to get back to the interstate, this was just as police were arriving, I'm not going to go into details about the things that I saw, but I haven't been able to sleep since. A day and a half later when arriving at Sysco location 8hrs ahead of schedule, I fell asleep, and woke up an hour late. I was called a liar, and he didn't give a shit anyway, it will be $100 late fee. This is what this company is promoting, no support for understanding at all. I'll never deliver to another Sysco foods again because of this and I encourage any business to do the same. #prayforvegas See More

The local Sysco driver was back in the alley @havana harrys in not-so-beautiful-after-all coral gables for yet another emergency delivery here and only about twenty feet fro...m neighbors' homes.
Repeat e-mails to a local supervisor, Daniel Nimmons,
asking for the simple courtesy and consideration for nearby residents ripped from sleep again, are completely ignored, and another e-mail to Sysco corporate Attention: Tom Bene'/Sysco president & CEO/
has also been ignored.
Apparently, simply rescheduling deliveries to a later time here is beyond the capabilities of this world-wide & multi-billion dollar company, despite their very detailed "Global Code of Conduct" and Syscos' company mission
You can find photos on Google Maps/havana harrys and colorful videos on Youtube @ coral gables restaurant guide-havana harrys.
So much for coral gables strict codes/zoning and their
"health, safety and wefare" policy.
And for Syscos' "Global Code of Conduct".
Who deserves any of this ?
What a standard.
What a policy.

The sugar packets that are used in a local diner I frequent aren’t being sealed. I’m tired of grabbing one and getting sugar everywhere.
I’m told that the diner has been credited for sugar. That’s
Now get to the manufacturing plant and get to the root cause.
So I gave two stars.
If I get an update saying there looking into the root cause. I’ll re do my rating.

It could of been 5 stars but after hearing that Sysco has cameras installed in semi's to watch drivers, they have no privacy in the cab of their trucks where it's their "on the road home" where the dr...ivers eat, change clothes, etc. Come on cameras, really!! Antone from the corporation have cameras in their bedrooms or kitchens?? I don't think so. Stop spying on your truck drivers. Put a little more trust in your drivers. It's bad enough you have such strict time/schedules and GPS. Friggin spies. No 5 star for you. See More

They fired any employee because he was in his first 90 days and injured his shoulder. They didn't want to take the proper steps to ensure his injury was healed. Last time I checked it is against the to fire someone because they were injured on the job and no longer able to do their responsibilities. See More

Sysco in Miami distribution center has decided not to open up their receiving office until 0900 after a super bowl party the night before. As I stand here writing this review there are over 15 drivers... waiting in queue. This is just completely unacceptable. If a company is going to do this then at least inform the carriers delivering to them. See More

When you apply for a job for local driver and they tell you they will call you in a couple of days and then 3 weeks later you receive an email stating you are not qualified enough even though you were... a resident driver for them already. As with anything they are big enough that they just can't keep up! See More

Disney added to list of company's who value their employees, $1000 bonus to 125,000 employees. That's $125,000,000. Come on Sysco time to step up and and show the same to your people.

Want to charge carries fines, wonder how long it takes for them to pay for detention? Because we know any place like them takes 10 plus hours to unload.

I seriously wish there was a -5 feature Sysco always delivers our orders LATE and working in a daycare we are dependent on them for our food to feed the children. Horrible horrible service and they ...don't pay any attention to customer requests (I tell them every order that we need it by 9am). Sysco is the absolute WORST food service company out there. I signed up my business as a customer because I thought you were progressive and would give me access to fresh produce and new items. Very disappointing. As soon as I find a product I like, you get ...rid of it.....or it is "demand status or special order." I get that I'm from the Midwest and frozen, fried food is popular...but there is an audience here who wants access to healthy & new things too! See More
