Reposting by demand: What do you think of this AXON video from Laurel, MD showing a DUI suspect fleeing, crashing & running?
Reposting by demand: The media is reporting the subject recently filed a brutality & excessive force complaint against the officer. This video recorded with an AXON flex camera could be used as a key piece of evidence if the case goes to court. What do you think of the traffic stop?

Bought brand new X2, 3 months ago came out it was defective unit. Taser agreed to replace it but last two replacement units are defected as well (within a month...). You guys have the worst QA & QC ever. I don't believe the product is USA made anymore base on the last 3 experiences I had. This is the worst buying experience ever for a product that costs $1400. Your company slogan "Protect life" is simply a lie since you cant even have a working unit, flashlight and laser how do I know its ganan work when I am in the situation I really need it to protect my family? I have all the photos and video documented for each replacement unit they sent me and I am ready to file a claim with BBB and news media. See More

The X2 is one of the best tactical and functional products on the market today. Allowing a follow up shit without reloading is a great feature and the ability to drive stun without removing the cartridges is a new standard.

I have never seen such a wonderful company that fully backs what they sell...but Taser international does! I had tons of questions and got answers for everyone.... The product I have is great. Many people have asked about it and I proudly tell them about Taser international. Im a petite grandmother so this gives me more safety then just a whistle. See More

I love my taser x26, I've had it for 4 years now and I've carried it literally every day. I've used to to defend myself on 3 separate accessions from a drunk gu...y on the light rail in Phoenix to people trying to fight in my retail store.
I can't wait to upgrade to the x2, saving up for it now haha I bought my c2 almost 6 years ago and it's still fully operational. Taser definitely builds quality weapons and I'm proud to carry taser products in my shop.

I can buy a firearm for less than $300, an instrument that can be lethal the first time its used. Even the cheapest taser is about $400 and it goes up from ther...e, yet here is a device that is not lethal has limited capacity and is widely regulated ,or so it seems. Shouldn't it be the less lethal devices be more affordable to those on a budget to protect themselves that a firearm? See More

My C2 is awesome! When you have to defend yourself, you can see in the eyes of the one who is the aggressor some nervous thoughts when they see a little red spo...t move up their chest. When they realize what is happening you can see the oh $#@% in their eyes as they fall to the floor. There is no better feeling than knowing that you are safe. See More

Every school child knows that electricity kills. Being an electrician I can tell you that milliamps can and does kill. A weapon that is designed to cause uncont...rollable contraction of muscles. The heart is a muscle. Duhhhh. I have to remember that you are a company. And like and company in America Taser will lie, cheat and steal to save their bottom line. If their product kills a few people then oh well. As long as it's not me or my family then it's all good. We will just sweep it under the rug and to hell with the families. It always comes down to the four dog defense. Taser is at about the 3rd dog. My dog bit you but it didn't hurt you. Seeing someone drop dead right after they are tasered in the chest should tell any intelligent and rational person something. I always remember that the world always evens itself out in the end. And the people that manufacture a device that so obviously kills people will in the end wind up in tragedy. It's coming Tom. All the lies you've told and the filthy lucre you've earned from a product that has caused so much tragedy. It's coming back to you. Maybe soon maybe later. Maybe one of your kids or nephews etc will be tasered and then keel over. That would be poetic justice. And all you had to do was tell the truth. See More

What Bullshit, Taser says its products can not kill, but all its thousands of tests were done on people with less than 5 seconds of exposure to its devices. I'd like to see the Smith brothers get tasered for 30 seconds, see what they have to say about the safety of there product!

This device has got me out of some serious situations. One incident it stopped an advancing assailant, and ultimately led to his retreat. I trust my life to my M26c. Thank you TASER international, for making exceptional products.

At our Sales Conference we had voluntary TASER X2 exposures. Just another day at the office.

Watch a great video of an incredibly cool wildlife rescue of a moose that was wrapped up in cable. TASER Instructor & Alaska Fish & Game wildlife technician Larry Lewis w/ two others did this from a boat! This recording isn't from our Axon body-worn video but you can hear Larry's Axon chirping in the background. Kudos to a great save!

Louisiana State Police to Equip Troopers with Body Cameras

BATON ROUGE – In an effort to improve transparency, the Louisiana State Police (LSP) will equip Troopers statewide with body cameras. Today, LSP announced their forthcoming statewide deployment of TASER’s “Axon Body 2” body cameras. This statewide deployment will be the first of its kind among state public safety agencies in the country. LSP intends to purchase over 1,500 body cameras with a five year unlimited system license to be utilized by uniformed Patrol Troopers.

While Trooper interactions with the public traditionally take place during traffic stops in front of their vehicles, their day-to-day activities are increasingly putting them in situations that occur away from their vehicles and out of sight of the current in-car camera system. This has increased the need for LSP to be able to document these encounters for the purposes of evidence collection and for the protection and safety of our Troopers and the public. In January of 2016, Colonel Mike Edmonson, State Police Superintendent, directed his staff to research recording devices to include body camera systems. Additionally, staff researched other law enforcement agencies’ deployment of various recording systems and the capabilities and compatibilities of the various recording systems. Twenty-two Troopers across the state successfully piloted the “Axon Body 2” cameras from February through September of this year. These Troopers’ duties ranged from foot patrol on Bourbon St. to vehicle patrols in rural communities in North Louisiana.

With the purchase of the “Axon Body 2” cameras, LSP will be able to outfit over 700 Patrol Troopers. LSP will also maintain additional cameras for replacement and for use by Troopers on special assignments. Troopers will also continue to utilize their in-car cameras in conjunction with the “Axon Body 2” cameras. Additionally, the “Axon Body 2” camera is able to integrate with and is fully compatible with the TASER X2 currently carried by Troopers.

“Nothing is more important than the safety of the public we serve and the Troopers committed to that service. We must ensure that we maintain transparency and accountability through proper training, sound procedures and the latest technology,” said Colonel Edmonson. “For nearly twenty years our Troopers have used in-car cameras to document interactions with members of the public, but I am pleased to announce that we will now be taking that capability a step further.”

“Fully deploying HD body cameras, let alone taking the innovative step of purchasing two per officer, is undoubtedly a bold move in the direction of improved accountability and officer protection,” said TASER CEO and co-founder Rick Smith. “Combine that with our Axon Signal technology, which virtually ensures that important interactions don’t go unrecorded, and you’re looking at an agency whose technology can help them go above and beyond. We commend them on being the first major, statewide agency to take these steps.”

  • FROM BANGLADESH: “IT’s NOT POSSIBLE TO VISIT IN THE PAST”- STEPHEN H...AWKINS. Check the below URL- I argued and show my logic against it as follows: I am also a researcher on time. I have a book on "Theory of relativity of Time" you may find it in a URL : or URL: Actually I wanted to say that time travel in the past is possible. Actually time is a thing which we have scaled in relation with rotation of the earth or the sun. So, we need to think in other way. Previous researcher including Albert Einstein could not able to relate past, present, future. But think and look which we are calling the present. The moment you are watching this writing? or the moment you are looking? but where it is present it became past already? is not it? The moment you are calling present; it became past already. So, there is no present at all. On the appearances it becomes past. This is why present is value less. Or we may say Present = 0; take a look at the time flow dia gram of Albert Einstein. Put it on a graph paper. Future side will become the [positive and past become the negative. Add up a (Positive) + with a negative (-) it will become zero 0. So, in this way you can see that present = future + past. Thus, I like to say that if you can relate past, present and future ; you may go back to past. and future as well. Just you will require a gate way or create a gate way. And gate way can be just on your hand anywhere around you. Just need the knowledge to create it. Other than this already we are traveling time. Every one is a time traveler. But thing is that we are traveling in natural speed. With natural speed every particles and virtual things are traveling towards a goal. And in fact, We are looking for a self controlled speed system, or a vehicle, or a mean, or and an artificial system of traveling time. Mr. Hawkins is also virtually traveling time more than the natural speed of time. This is why he came to know about black holes and hypothesis about black holes. But his part of brain and body is travelling with time. Which means time has some segmentation while its travelling. Same as the a compartment of a train. Train runs with many compartments. We are also passengers of time and travelling with many layers. Actually problem is that we are counting every thing in the perspective of the earth. We have to relate with other dimension and dimensional activities to measure the 4th dimension or the time. That's all........... Sahriar Ahamed Khulna, Bangladesh Cell: 008801834529357 E- See More
