This was the worst experience I’ve ever had going to an away game to watch my Lady Dogs play. We were put in the very top of the arena. If you’ve ever been there, you know it’s almost like a footbal...l stadium. We could barely see the #’s on our players jerseys. They couldn’t even hear us cheering. When opposing teams fans come to Stegeman Coliseum, they are given seats directly behind their teams bench so their team sees and hears their support. Tennessee, you should be ashamed of your treatment of the fans of the opposing team. And to top it off, one of your Lady Vol fans told us we were stinking up their place!!! Shameful, shameful, shameful. See More

Traffic to get in and out was a nightmare. We were stuck in the parking garage for almost an hour without movement. I had went to see the Kevin Hart comedy tour which prohibits purses/bags and cell usage. The woman checking tickets at the door made it clear that phones would be confiscated and you would be kicked out of the show. If it wasn't for friends, I probably would have pulled mine out. Staff was walking up and down the stairs continuously, blocking the screen and stage. They were kicking anyone out that pulled out their phone, which caused a bigger distraction ultimately. Staff members were very loud throughout the show, as they perched themselves on the stairs scouting the seats for any flash movement suggesting possible electronic usage. Once you entered, you could not exit the building and be allowed readmittance. Also, we had blinding lights flashed on us from the lower floor. I will rethink any future events at this location. The place was awful to get to. We had to park about 3/4 miles away. There were no sidewalks for most of the way to get there. We had to walk on the train tracks and I had to buy a seat for my 2 year o...ld and we couldn’t even bring his stroller so we had to carry him that far in the cold. See More

I always have the best time here. Parking is easy, security is on point, the place is very clean, and the crowd is friendly. Traffic gets a little backed up leaving but it’s nothing crazy. To be expected.

My only option to order accessible tickets was to call venue. The option was not available on line. I called to get accessible seating for Foo Fighters, as I have some mobility issues that make it d...ifficult for me to get up and down or climb stairs. I ordered prime parking as well, so hopefully my steps to the entrance would be limited. They didn't seem knowledgeable about the accessible seating, but told me I could print my tickets at home and they would email me a PDF document with my tickets to print at home. I got the confirmation email almost immediately, but noticed it was marked will call and I never received an attachment or another email. When I called them back and told them I never received the PDF they told me there was nothing they could do to correct the problem THEY caused. The whole point of going this route, was to limit my steps and ease the pain. The rest of the review will come after my concert experience come Wednesday. Went to show at Bridgestone in Nashville last weekend and their accessible facilities were off the chain. Depending on my experience come Wednesday at Foo Fighters, I will most likely head back to Nashville for most major shows in the future. It took them three days to straighten out the ticket mishap which was the actual day of the show. See More

Drove from Alabama to Nashville, Tennessee to see Kevin Hart but didn’t make it due to the snow storm. For those who aren’t aware, this arena is 3 hours away from Nashville. There were 18 wheeler truc...ks and cars flipped over into ditches due to ice on the road. If we hadn’t turned around we probably would’ve been in an accident or stuck on the road! Thompson-Boling told me there were no refunds nor exchanges cause ya know, Kevin Hart is more important than people lives apparently. $300 down the drain. See More

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Absolutely the least helpful, most pointless, most rude staff I have ever seen. I had an issue with a stolen item and they wouldn’t even let me go to... the lost and found to check for the item. Absolute joke. I WILL NOT be back. See More

I live in RI and come to Knoxville every winter. Driving 900 miles to watch my lady Vols. TBA is the best arena in the SEC. Staff are always Courteous and helpful.

Went to see Miranda on March 1st. The security wasn’t to bad. But the biggest issue I had was the traffic leaving and no alcohol! They had people directing traffic as you came in but when going out it... was a mess! And I know it’s close to a campus but I mean come on, no alcohol at a concert kind of sucks. See More

I would give this place -100,000 stars.

Absolutely most hateful, most rude staff I have ever seen in my life!!!...
I live in Kentucky and bought tickets to see Kevin Hart January 12th, 2018. My husband and I couldn’t go because of the Snow Storm (quarter inch of ice and 8 inches in snow) and we didn’t want to risk our lives just for a concert. So I called the Arena and asked if they could help me out I told them my situation and they told me they couldn’t help me one bit. That was a -$150 I was out! Idk about y’all but that’s a lot of money for me. The lady that I talked to would not even let me finish my sentence on the phone. I couldn’t get a word in! She was so hateful and I asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn’t let me. I will never EVER ORDER TICKETS FROM THEM AGAIN! Worst service I’ve ever heard of.

Don't ever buy the did stage tickets.... Rude people will stand up at the front and you can't see the show.. I bought s seat .. not a standing area.
The people there to provide safety don't make... them sit down. Sure would have been a good show. Wanted to see Tim McCraw and Faith Hill. See More

The acoustics sound like someone blasting death metal on a small cassette deck inside a tin can, while shaking an empty potato chip bag in front of the microphone, and that was at a country show. Ther...e are some great shows coming through there in the next few months, but it is just not worth it if you actually care about hearing the songs. I cannot emphasize enough how bad the sound is in that room! Ironically, the best seats, in terms of acoustics, are those furthest from the stage. See More

My first time to be in this arena and saw Maroon 5 which they brought a very good show. In regards to arena, the venue itself was very nice but some points are need to take note:
1) steps in the balc...ony area are very steep and once you able to seat, feels like your falling and your space is very limited to other patrons.
2) I guess they need to implement more emergency exits as I see the only one has perhaps where people entered, at the top of the arena there's none or I haven't found one.
3) well I guess more restrooms located perhaps on the tip of the arena so patrons doesn't need to fight going down the stairs and going up the very steep staircases
4) just wondering, when I bought the tickets online, it doesn't provide me the option to choose seats as the computer just randomly select a seat and just go with whatever it gives me and just found out days before the concert where I'm actually seating well in fact I purchased it months ago.
5) signage outside the arena is unclear, I just go with the flow of the patrons but if they are serious of the convenience or more enjoyment of patrons, signage and information should be well provided.
6) staff in he arena needs more training for customer service. When I entered the main arena door, they just scan my ticket and not pointing me direction where to go, it's very basic task like pointing which area and they have the option to specifically tell where it is but that will be a big plus if they did.
7) as space In the balcony are limited, patrons should have the convenience in buying food/drinks on their seats as more options instead of making a line

I enjoyed the venue as a whole and experience was memorable but if we go look closely as the venue as is, those pointers I have mentioned should be considered to gain excellent convenience, security and enjoyment of patrons and the management itself.

I worked the Maroon V show on Wed. I was running a follow spot during the show. When I had a chance to walk around I noticed as I have seen in other venues the lines outside the ladies room was out t...he door and down the hall.
Maybe a renovation is needed. The line to the mens room. What line?

Load in Load out was fairly easy.

Oh Yeah M V great show. R-City sucked

It was my first concert there...Maroon 5 was great but I would never go back to this arena unless It was my only choice! After having a fairly long walk from parking I found out that purses are not a...llowed and had to go back. A notice should be somewhere along the way. Plus, a seating attendant was super rude when I asked for help with my seats location. See More
