I was referred to Dr. Lederman after a bad accident. He took on my case after several other Dr’s turned me away stating it was hopeless. It has been 7 years since the first visit, several surgeries-... the most recent in August- and I am better than I ever thought I’d be. He is great at what he does. He has always been upfront and honest with me and making sure I was part of the decision of my care.
His “team” is just as good. Always making sure I had what I needed.
The gals up front are awesome, it is nice that they are “familiar” with me and treat me kindly.
I admit there are times I have had to wait to see the dr. Dr. Lederman takes time with each of his patients and sometimes a patient may take a little extra time than scheduled. He is so worth the wait!
I wholeheartedly recommend T.O.C.A.

I was understandably nervous about knee replacement in general but more specifically about rehab and downtime; I had put this off for two years anticipating the worst. As it turned out I had the mos...t amazing experience from start to finish. Didn’t have to take any pain meds after leaving the hospital. With the continual motion machine they ordered and 2weeks of in-home therapy I was mobile immediately. At three weeks I was driving and at 6 weeks I was off to Texas to babysit a 2 year old. I just saw Dr. Duhon for a 6 month check up and was released officially. My experience has surpassed my greatest expectation and I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Duhon to anyone facing this type of surgery. His skills as a surgeon are undeniably superb. See More

Dr Johnsen is great. His staff is wonderful as well. They will do whatever they can to get you in to see him and you can tell his staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
My appointm...ent was 9:30 and I got there at 9am it was less than 5 minutes and his x-ray tech came to take films of my foot. She said, “I just wanted to get you back her now so he has your film ready when he sees you - I like to stay ahead of his schedule.” To me that is someone who likes where they work. I will recommend him to anyone looking for professional experienced specialist in the field. Dr Mohan refers her patients to him for a reason. See More

After having foot pain for years and been seen by other orthopedic specilist; Dr. Armendariz took time to listen about my foot pain. On the first office visit, he was able to diagnose what was wrong... with my foot, without having taken any x-rats or an MRI. Dr. Armendariz still sent me for an MRI and this confirmed his diagnosis of my foot pain. I'm very greatfull, that finally I chose the correct orthopedic doctor. Dr. Armendariz performed surgery on my foot and found other problems, which he took care of them all. I was very satisfied with his diagnosis and how quick he responded in taking the correct dicission to have surgery. I'm recovering from my surgery and continue to have excellent care from Dr. Armendariz and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Armendariz for any orthopedic problem(s). See More

I have been going to The Orthopedic Clinic Association for a long time. I first saw Dr. Carter, who did my first knee surgery, for torn ACL. He is an excellent doctor and did a great job of fixing my ...knee. I continued to see him up to the last year when I had to have knee replacement. Dr. Carter referred me to another doctor in the Clinic. I started seeing Dr Duhon for my knee replacement. He is a great doctor and my knee has done remarkably well. Thank you doctors for making my knee better!! I wouldn’t go to any other place!! They are great!! See More

I highly recommend Dr. Padley. He has done two labrum repairs on my shoulder for a work related injury with the last one in 2011. I have recently been referred to him again for another unrelated work ...injury to the same shoulder. He takes the time to explain everything and is very thorough. Most importantly he listens to you when you speak to him instead of brushing you off. The only delays in my care are coming from workmens comp. Hoping this is resolved soon so I can be return to my regular routine. See More

I have been seeing Dr. Lederman for a few years now regarding my shoulder. I really appreciate his honesty. He’s not quick to do any surgical procedure. He wanted to wait to see if medications and inj...ections would help. I have several other medical conditions that contribute to my joint pain and lack of healing after surgical procedures. He has been very patient with me. My shoulder pain worsened and he finally did agree to repair my shoulder. I appreciate his honesty and candidness. I feel very comfortable with him and know I’m in good hands. See More

Made appointment w/Dr. Stevens for a surgical consult for 3 herniated discs in my lumbar spine. I was happy to be getting this issue resolved after a great experience w/Dr. Econompolous and the Hip Su...rgery. After a long series of x-rays, the staff informs me Dr. Stevens is on vacation and won't be seeing me? They take me in to see the N.P. who questions how I know I have scoliosis and what kind of curve I have even though she saw the x-rays? I was there for a surgical consult for my lumbar spine? She said I'd have to lose a lot of weight and do a YEAR of P.T. before the doctor would see me about my lumbar spine? Rudest medical staff ever! (I just had surgery w/TOCA 2/14/18, so why is my weight an issue now?) I wouldn't recommend the spine center if my life depended on it after this. I've never even heard of anyone recommending a year of P.T.? Be warned! See More

My husband and my daughter saw Dr. Burgess for two separate occasions. My husband, for a broken wrist (dirt bike accident), and my daughter, for a broken finger (softball injury). He was great and ve...ry thorough. He explained everything to us, what to expect for the surgery and what the recovery process would be. We felt he really took his time and was not rushed as some doctors are. While at the ER for my husband's broken wrist, we talked to one of the nurses whose son also saw Dr. Burgess. She thought he was great too! Our overall experience with TOCA was wonderful given the circumstances. The staff was friendly and the follow-up was great. We would definitely recommend Dr. Burgess and TOCA for anyone looking to find an orthopedic surgeon. See More

Cut a tendon in my wrist.. after the E.R. doctor messed it up, Dr. Burgess came in and saved my ability to use my thumb. I literally have 3 tiny cuts on my arm where they pulled a tendon from my wrist... to attach to my thumb. You would never guess that's what they did by looking at my hand..100% impressed with my surgery and the Dr. And his staff... See More

I cannot say enough good things about TOCA doctors and TOCA Physical Therapy. I had several shoulder tears--rotator cuff and bicep tendon--repaired last April by Dr. Harmsen. I am totally back to norm...al now and pain free (at 67 y.o.). Physical therapy before and after kept me strong and got back my range of motion. Recently I saw PA Brad Nignur for a different issue--painful tendonitis in my thumb--and the happy news from him was, "we can fix this." And he did. Highly recommend TOCA! See More

Had Dr. Lederman replace my shoulder. He is an amazing doctor. All of my appointments he has been very professional, took the time to answer all of my questions and discussed in detail everything ass...ociated with my surgery including everything to expect after surgery and the healing/rehabilitation process. In addition to Dr. Lederman the entire office has been very friendly and easy to work with. If you have shoulder issues it’s worth it to make an appointment with one of the best shoulder surgeons in Arizona. See More

I told him of the pain and instead of taking my shift shoulder MRI at face value he decided to look further he wanted some of his own x-rays and then decided to do new MRIs with better views. He also ...completed a physical exam which hurts a lot but I know he was trying to find the root of the problem this is something that Healthcare is losing I really like my new doctor See More

Broke my wrist on Saturday, saw Dr Burgess Monday, had ct Monday afternoon. Requested a call so I would know sooner than later if I needed surgery, no call. Following Monday went in and was told I mus...t have surgery stat. I didn’t have my works together to do next day. Ended up having it Friday and it went awesome!
Could have had some better office follow up to know need for surgery sooner.

I have seen two of the physicians at TOCA. I was fortunate to have Dr Kraig Burgess as my hand surgeon....fixed the arthritis in both of my thumbs so I no longer have shooting pains. Now I have seen... Dr Grant Padley for the intense bursitis in my hip. Another great physician. I have recommended TOCA to many friends. See More
