Went to drop my Jeep off to get some stuff done and as we were leaving the boyfriend seen a truck he really liked. Go the next day to pick the Jeep up and get information on this truck (that he was ta...lking about all night and the day of) said if we can get the numbers were we like we will take it home! Well thanks to Ryan G and everyone else there at Taylor we drove not only the Jeep home but the boyfriends now new truck. To find out that they recently just got that truck in on a trade in! We love it and now we both have vehicles we always have wanted! Thanks again! Very much would recommend them! See More

Bought a brand new ram 1500 only had 11000 miles and the clear coat isn't right. They refuse to do anything about it or even admit something is wrong. The keys also lock inside even with it running.... They claim they can't get it to do it. The service department is nothing short of incompetent . Will never buy another dodge because of them. They had it for 4 days I told them to change the oil while it was there and they couldn't even seem to get that done. See More

What's the point of making an appointment at this place? I had a service appointment at 8:30am. So I dropped it off at 8:30am. Had no respond from it at 2:30pm. So I call and check the update of my ve...hicle, just to be told that it hasn't even been seen/checked at this point. 6hours later and nothing has been done. Then I get told that it may not even be seen tonight! How is that possible when I had an 8:30am appointment, because they recommended me to make one when I called on Monday. On Monday, they told me they had an available spot for Wednesday because they were booked on Tuesday. Ok, thank you for telling me that, but what's your excuse for today?! I have one vehicle and it is such an inconvenience to have to pick the kids up and get to work. After this experience, I will not be taking my vehicle elsewhere. I would rather call Mopar for a list of accredited service departments I can take my vehicle to. I'm am shocked. See More

Our family has always loved the salesman and mechanics at Taylor. They are always so concerned about safety and our salesman Noah wouldn’t even let us take our car for a test drive before everything been thoroughly inspected becuse we have little ones. Great dealership, great people, nothing but the best. See More

The service department is lacking. I had an appointment on Saturday for an oil change. The check engine light was also on, and my dashboard indicator was telling me that the rear turn signal lamp was ...out. I told him about both of these issues when I made the appointment. We were charged $136 for them to scan the code on the check engine light and tell me that I needed a new fuel cap, and ANOTHER $136 for them to tell me that I need a new rear turn lamp! That doesn't include the parts, which had to be ordered, or the labor to fix those issues. It also took them 2 1/2 hours to do this with the oil change. Once these parts come in and my van is fixed, this place will never see my business again.

Edited to add: increased my review to 3 stars. The GM was very helpful in looking into the charges and taking care of us. I wish the pricing policies had been better from the start, but I appreciate his customer service. I also have no complaints about the quality of service done to the car.

Went in last Saturday for a oil change , antifreeze smell( 3rd time ) after I found the leak which they never could , and cruise control issue for the 2nd time. They confirmed radiator was bad and had... one in stock but said they had to charge me an hour and a half labor at $136 an hour to remove light bar on bumper. It's a quick detach light bar that is 4 bolts and a plug which takes a total of 10 mins max so I said I will take it off and schedule a day to replace radiator. I go back for appt and get told brackets that mount to frame for light bar are in the way to remove grill by the technician which they are not. That's why it's a quick detach style so you can get grill off without taking off frame mounts. So I say I will go out and take grill off. I go remove the grill a whole 2 minutes with brackets not in the way. Which the tech sees me doing. Then all of a sudden the technician is backed up with three other jobs. They tell me we can see if another tech is free or we can put you in a rental car till tomorrow. Yes a rental car not a loaner car. So I schedule an appt and you can't get me in and want me to pay for a car to get home. WTH !!!!! They get a tech that is free and he replaces the radiator and fixes the cruise. So after it's all done I have to go out and put my grill back on cause they couldn't figure it out cause they still think the brackets are in the way and they are Mopar certified technicians not mechanic's like sign in waiting room says. Pretty much a cluster of a service Dept. This was all after getting a call from the service manager about my review from Mopar from last Saturday's cluster and then get treated like this. See More

purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from your dealership on Tuesday 11/13/17 from Noah Posthumus. Noah is fabulous by the way! I came back to the dealership on Friday evening 11/17/17 to rec...tify a situation with my deposit check. While there I asked if someone could put air in my tires as my TPMS light was on. I was instructed to drive around to the service bay where a porter (?) took my vehicle from me and it was then hit by another porter who was backing a vehicle up.

Needless to say I am a bit dismayed by all of this. The staff was wonderful and promptly got me in a rental and assured me that my vehicle would be taken to the body shop and repaired immediately.

I sent an email to the general manager Jim Crosswell on Sunday 11/19/17 @ 3:19p and have yet to hear a word from him or ANYONE at Taylor other than my salesman Noah. It would seem to me that with an incident like this that management would have reached out to me in some form in the 9 days since my car was damaged on their lot and by their staff. I am truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by the entire management team at Taylor. When I reached out to Noah he checked with the body shop to see when my car might be ready and he told me probably tomorrow (11/18/17) well, that day came and went without a word. I understand that Noah truly has NOTHING to do with body shop or service issues and again...his work was impeccable!! With the Thanksgiving holiday I do understand that there could have been a delay in doing the work, there should however have been NO delay in keeping the customer in the loop. I did however get to put the 600 miles that I drove over the holiday on the rental, this is of small consequence to me though.
The following is an excerpt from my letter to the GM Jim Crosswell: My concern and question is this...I paid for a vehicle that did not have an accident and had not required any body work. I now own a vehicle that has had an accident and has required body work. Through no fault of my own, my brand new (to me) vehicle is no longer worth what I paid for it a mere 3 days after taking it off the lot. In talking with my insurance agent he informed me that the value of the Mitsubishi is now less than I paid for it on Tuesday 11/13/17 and the incident will affect me in the long run. I tend to drive a vehicle until it can't go anymore so I am not too concerned with the "trade in value". I am however concerned that the price I paid was for a vehicle with no damage or body work and this is no longer the case.
Again...considering the severity of this incident I feel that a phone call, email, text message or letter from the management team with their apologies and plans for compensating for the IMMEDIATE depreciation of my financed vehicle. At the time of the incident they hadn't even cashed my deposit check, let alone received funds from my fiance company. They have since cashed my check and I'm sure received their asking price...I however still don't even know when I will receive my car back. Very, very disappointed.

Be sure to research any car you are interested in. Especially "pre-owned" cars. DO NOT trust the price they give you. Do yourself a favor, and, if you decide to buy from here, heavily research the car...'s market value.
BTW, we went elsewhere and had a positive experience. Will never return to Taylor.

After speaking with Mr. Crosswell in regards to the issues with my truck. We agreed to have his techs inspect it to see if they match to what my other tech found. For the most part they did. ...To make a long story short. Mr. Crosswell went above and beyond my expectations. He took care of the issues that was going on. It was also taken care of in very timely manner. He didn't have to do what he did, but it goes to show what kind of person he is and what his dealership stands for. I also want to praise Sharon and Rueben as the service writers that handle the situation personally. As well as Rueben delivering my truck personally after his shift has ended. Want to thank thank Jay the service tech for the work he performed on my truck. There is another tech that did the alignment on the truck I would like to thank. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. Overall I am happy for everyone did.

Thank you

I purchased an 06 ram 2500 mega cab 4x4 back at the end of January. Less than a month I had to replace the entire brake system minus brake lines, oil and oil filter, and the air filter. Now after having the entire truck looked over. I have been told I need the entire front end rebuilt along with a couple other things. And the certified tech that inspected my truck said it's been needing this for a lot longer than I have owned the truck. Supposedly the sales department paid for a major inspection that would've spotted these issues. But no paperwork can be found and supposedly the two service techs that looked at it are no longer employed there. What makes matters worse is I paid a lot of money for an 11 year old truck and the things that are found wrong are a serious driving hazard. If any of the components fail will cause me to wreck the truck. Long story short I'm now needing to come up with the few thousand bucks to get this truck back to being safe to be driven on the again outside of he 1200 I spent to get the brakes done. Way to go Taylor dodge, this truck should've never left your lot in the condition that it is in. I will never come back to your shady dealership again, period.
