Just a quick thanks to everyone who has been so supportive to us during this last year! It is amazing to me the amount of support and love you all have been. This time last year, we were honored to have spent some brief moments with Brigham and learned a lifetime of lessons. I originally thought that as a proud dad, I would teach HIM some lessons about life, love, courage and strength. But in reality, he was the one who taught ME! And it only took him 35 minutes to do what w...ould have taken me an eternity.
I miss him like crazy, but know that he is near. I have felt him close, at work, at home, at church, on a golf course, on a run, at a game, and being with his cousins and sisters. He watches over us, and despite the troubling LOSS that we had to go through, it's been such a GAIN now with an an Angel on our team. Miss you buddy, stay close!!!
These two, by far the strongest people I know. They have had to go through what no parent should ever have to experience. Although, their hearts are shattered they have handled it with grace. They did everything to make sure Brigham made it here safely and they honored his life while in the womb and continues to honor him. I have so much to learn from these two.
Brigham Adam Welch was surrounded by his adoring family when he peacefully passed away on July 16, 2015 in American Fork, Utah.
Brigham was the 3rd child of Adam & Rebecca Welch of Provo, Utah, with older sisters Olivia (5) and Asia (3). While Brigham's time on earth was brief, he taught many about Courage, Love, Faith and Eternal Families. Anencephaly took his mortal life, but his spirit and influence will be with us forever. Go Team Briggs!
We will be honoring Brigham with Funeral Services on Wednesday, July 22nd at 10:00 am in an LDS Chapel at 350 West 700 North in American Fork. Internment will shortly follow at American Fork Cemetery
The Welch's are officially a family of 5! We welcomed our little Brigham Adam Welch to the world 7/16/15 and were able to spend 35 precious minutes with him before he passed on. We are so honored and proud to be parents to such a remarkable son, who has taught us so much about love, courage, and faith. While our time together was brief, we feel comfort knowing of a plan that bonds us together forever. Thanks for everyone's love and support!
Our Brigham came ...to us 7/16/15 and he lived for 35 minutes. My prayer was that he could live a little while and it was answered. I will always hurt and yearn for him on this earth, but he is where he belongs and he will always look over our sweet family on earth. He is my beautiful boy and I will always love him with all my heart!
This is one amazing couple! The love they have for their little Brigham is so pure. We are SO close to our goal! If you are willing and able please donate to help with medical and funeral costs. Spread the word. Thank you thank you! #familiesareforever www.teambriggs.org
