Libertarians actually have values that the Old Parties have lost due to their tribalism. For them it's just, "Let's stop the evil other party, whatever the cost..., regardless of our principles or values." But, we still have the values and principles that New Yorkers desperately want and need. We will finally have an option to vote for what is in our best interests. That's one way that we'll bridge the gap and win.

I've put together a short list for things you may need for celebrating your "freedom" this "Independence" day.
-If travelling, be sure to have permission slips ...like licenses and vehicle registrations in order.
-If making purchases or paying tolls, remember that only government approved currency will be accepted.
-If you are having a BBQ, be sure to check that any meat you cook is USDA approved.
-If you plan to be on any property, be sure that all extortion fees associated with it are up to date.
-If you plan to be in or near any buildings, be sure that they comply with all building and safety codes.
-Should you or a loved one get injured during your celebration, be sure to only visit a government sanctioned medical professional for treatment.
-If you cross any local, state, or federal police checkpoints, be sure to stop and comply with all of their demands.
-If interacting with any family pets, be sure they are registered with the proper authorities and any associated fees are paid.
-If you plan to set off fireworks, first check with local laws to ensure you are allowed to be in possession of them and that you have permission to use them.
-If going to any "public" parks, be sure to comply with all local ordinances.
-If partaking in any mind altering substances- be sure to choose ones that are government approved, such as alcohol or prescription drugs.
-Lastly, should you see anybody violating anything on this list, be sure to report it to law enforcement. Remember: If you see something, say something.

A protester had a heart attack right after finishing an anti-Muslim speech. American Muslim Will Coley launched a campaign to raise money to help pay the medic...al bills of the protester. I've had at least three people (one of whom had misunderstood something) tell me they think I was discriminated against on "The Call to Freedom."
This is NOT th...e case. This is *unambiguously* not the case.
The contention is that I "didn't get much chance to speak."
That's completely untrue: I got two hours of chances to speak. I could have spoken at any point during the show. No one ever silenced me, no one ever cut me off, and no one ever talked over me. There was a lot of conversation happening, and I made the choice to listen and learn, instead of spending the time other people spoke eagerly waiting for them to pause and breathe so that I could say what I'd been thinking about while waiting to jump in. I *chose* to be silent and listen to the thought-provoking conversation, and to allow the thought-provoking conversation to provoke thought.
Let's not make it *dangerous* to invite trans people onto shows because we'll accuse people of discrimination because we see giants where there are windmills...

A total of 225 civilians, including 36 women and 44 children, were killed by US bombing in the period between 23 April to 23 May 2017.

After Manchester you are afraid to send your kid to a concert?
Wonder what it must be like for pakistani, yemeni, and afghan children who are afraid to play ou...tside on sunny days because a US drone bomb may randomly fall from the sky, for over a decade.
But then again everyone knows we only drop freedom bombs, it's totally not terrorism. Though entire populaces are living in terror.

"As I see it, the Libertarian Party has gone far astray from its original mission. Somewhere along the way, our commitment to being The Party of Principle was r...eplaced by a shallow, opportunistic goal of “winning elections now” — any election, anywhere. Principles be damned, according to the proponents of this vision. We should back off from “scary” positions, tone down our rhetoric, find out “what voters want,” and tailor our message to what they want to hear.
The nadir of this mindset was reached in a “Monday Message” dated March 9, 2009. It carried the heading “The most important principle is winning.”
I would be hard-put to come up with a statement more antithetical to our beliefs and purpose. Just for starters, “winning” is not a principle at all; it might be a goal, or a strategy for achieving our goals, but it's not a principle. And if it were, it's not our principle. This is pure opportunistic rubbish — exactly what you'd expect from a Republican or Democratic party hack." David Nolan, cofounder of the Libertarian Party
