!@@!! Puppycide - Austin Texas !!@@!!
FEAR FOR MY LIFE AND RIO's too!
HELP US NOW!
@@NEWS FLASH !@@@ ...
Julian Reyes and Rio (support dog) were threatened and almost shot and killed yesterday at the Travis County Commissioners' Court.
What? Here:
While attempting to file a complaint against a deputy that assaulted me for free speech, this dangerous out of contorl cop threatened to shoot me and my dog and arrest me for filing a complaint and probably for filming them act this way. Embarrassed I'm sure. And liars.
I almost got shot and so did my dog by a dangerous criminal coward punk "Supervisor" Deputy with a gun. I was also first assaulted by Deputy "Angel." Neither of which would properly identify themselves or allow a Citizen to file a complaint. When I filed my complaint with the 2nd Deputy supervisor he escalated, yelled at me made my support animal upset and then said he was in fear and threatened to shoot us. Who trained these criminal cops? It failed. Anyone and their dog can get shot in a Public venue or anywhere in this County if this is the way they operate.
The fist Supervisor was unwilling to take the complaint against any officers and was nice and was getting Sheriff Hernandez from the other room. She didn't follow-through instead she brought the bad 'Tackleberry' cop that thinks he's a gunslinger in the Court building. That's real professional, real peace-making, real criminal instead! Simply to threaten an unarmed man and his support dog after APD cowards already shot my other dog and tried to cover until Federal Court, when they caved. What will it take to get through to these criminals and cowards? Listen.
When immediately contacted, duly elected Sheriff, Sally Hernandez, and her office refused to assist or hold the officer accountable or even make sure that he didn't falsely target, arrest or shoot and kill me and my dog like he and another deputy wanted to. They refused to uphold their Oath and defend me from being shot and my dog too. As their Oath requires. Will they continue to be Oathbreakers? Who will they target next?
There was no legal reason for them to act like this, except that they are over-amped and trained poorly while armed and authorized by all residents of this County.
Time and again we hear about the Sheriff's office here stealing from inmates, threatening, arresting, targeting and even worse to Citizens of Austin. Never is the Department transparent or accountable. They seem to like to attack activists and Citizens that do their duty. Well I'm not the one. Wrong man to F%^&*( with.
While Judge Sarah Eckhardt works to decriminalize us, she also supports the Deputies to act as Constitutional gatekeepers to keep people of color, homeless, poor Citizens and the Free Press from these meetings that are open to the Public. Without exception as practice.
Why was I there? So Tuesday I was invited by Grassroots Leadership to participate in the Travis County Commissioners' Court where they were voting on two items of interest to me.
One that I already spoke on was the creation and funding of tens of millions to a new Womens' prison and to incarcerate more Women in Travis County. I am opposed to this.
The other is the addition of a new County Public Defenders' office to house several attorneys in a circuit to assist in criminal cases where the Defendant is fighting for his/her/other innocence while indigent, without counsel or pro se litigant. I find this interesting and perhaps useful personally. I think I am for this. The price was about $14M but it's worth it to me. Justice is it's ow reward. And Freedom stems sometimes from Justice done right.
So you see, as Press, as a Citizen, as the Public you and I all have the Right to be part of the process and have input in our Govt. or we live under Tyranny. We know what happens to Tyranny.
Call these folks and demand Justice and protection for me and my dog Rio today!

Tell them to not mess with Real Texans and my dog. We don't like that here. And this ain't a game. It's our lives.
STOP PUPPYCIDE NOW! This is not drill. This is real.
1 Immediately you will retrain all your officers before they kill someone unarmed or their unarmed dog. Or find yourself fully liable.
2 Fire these officers and those involved that did nothing.
Press charges of assault and more against these 2 officers.
3 Tell them to immediately release the videos. Let the Public see how they treat Citizens and Support Animals under the Constitution and Federal Laws. This is why we have Public Information Laws of Transparency. Exactly why.
0 Or expect us to come for your job in the next election and perhaps in litigation. Don't be a zero, be a hero.
Let's protest and do direct action. Press and activists are being targeted like dogs. Time to stand up.
