It's First Friday and we're ready to dazzle your tastebuds! Tonight's Farmers' Plate is housemade NC Covington sweet potato gnocchi with L&G Farm asparagus and Walker Farm spinach in a white wine and coconut sauce, finished with raw Blue Sky Farm radishes. [vegan+nut free] Our soup is made from smoked Kennebac potatoes and turnips with fried radish greens [vegan+nut free+soy free], and our cocktail special, a take on the classic Bocce Ball, features some newer liquors from Greensboro Distilling Co., Fainting Goat Spirits and Muddy River Distillery with orange juice, a Chai Tea float and a spiced rim. It's that time of year again when we start to plan for one of our most special annual traditions: our Valentines Prix Fixe Dinner on Tuesday, Feb.14! Dinner is $45/person or $60 with wine pairings. Because spots for this event tend to fill up quickly, we like to level the playing field and give everyone a head's up, so we will begin taking reservations this Friday, Jan.13 at noon. Requests will be honored in the order they arrive.
