Overall a decent bookshop but I was a tad bit disappointed that the UFO and alien selection was so small and lumped into a “New Age” section for some reason instead of the science and nature where it belongs.

Disturbingly disappointing.
The COOP used to be a fantastic place. Barns and Noble is OK but the COOP used to be special. Not just another book store. And Starbucks coffee was a total bummer.
What a letdown.

I was there for the Bruce meet and greet yesterday and The Coop made it effortless for everyone. From buying the book, getting a wristband, standing in line for hours, winding our way through the, and handing off of bags and cameras, it was very professional and fun! Kudos to you and your staff!! See More

As I was telling the story to friends/family of the whole experience and having a dream come true with meeting Bruce, I couldn’t stop mentioning on how amazing... the COOP and all the staff members were. Extremely helpful, professional, organized and friendly! You all rocked and I will definitely be back! See More

Terrific bookstore near a lot of other great stuff too, like bars and restaurants. I'd buy a book or a magazine then go to Grafton Street for a drink.

This is an excellent bookstore... Huge number of books but little bundles of selected piles on small tables are scattered all around the store... Presenting many possibilities for exploring new author...s, genres, books... Finding the unknown unknowns... Very unique store... Love it! See More

Without a doubt, the most organized and efficiently run big event I've ever attended(and I've been blessed to be at many in both working and invited capacities). Staff kept us informed and was courte...ous throughout. Meeting Bruce was a "bucket list" day for me personally made that much better by all in charge. See More

Now at the Coop, signed copies of "The Magician's Hat" by
Malcolm Mitchell
This is not your typical afternoon at the library. It's Family Fun Day, and a magical man with a big hat has suddenly appeared. A crowd gathers to see what kinds of tricks this surprise visitor will perform. That's when the Magician pulls off his favorite trick of all. He invites kids to reach into his hat to pull out whatever they find when they dig down deep. Soon — poof! — each child comes away wit...h something better than they could've imagined: a book that helps them become whatever they want to be, and makes their dreams come true through pages and words, and the adventures that follow. But as each child is swept into reading's powerful adventures, they can't help but wonder, What's really making the magic happen?

About the author:
Malcolm Mitchell is the rookie who helped the New England Patriots win Super Bowl LI. He's also the founder of an initiative called Read with Malcolm, which introduces book ownership to students, and works to improve literacy in schools. Malcolm's Share the Magic Foundation promotes the benefits of reading to kids in underserved communities. As the New England Patriots Summer Reading Ambassador, he encourages summer reading. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia
