    Does anyone have Writers Block.

    I just can't think of anything to say , nothing to write. My pencil stays sharp.

    Journal entry 8/10/13

    I open up a red wide ruled wire-bound notebook. Inside the pages are bright white with blue line and a red margin. Now I sit here staring back at the blank page. Im running through the halls of my brain. I'm desperately searching for an unlocked door and open ...drawer or even clutter on a shelf. Somehow it's like opening up that notebook and staring at the pages acts like a switch. Im completely absent of thought. I am traveling through the eye of a hurricane. The calmness is most erie I can sense the chaos outside my reach. The clouds must be moving as they cast a shadow on the window darkening the room just slightly. Sitting here glaring at the masterpiece I'm about to write. My eyes shifting from side to side then up and down and back and forth. As if I'm trying to watch five tennis matches at the same time. I'm getting dizzy trying to find a shred of imagery. As I ponder putting pen to paper I noticed that my bright white pages are no longer bright white. It must be my superpowers kicking in I have stared at the page so long it's turning yellow. As I look around my space in search of inspiration I notice everything is yellow. Well that I guess can't be my superpowers. What is that buzzing sound is that in my head. More like above my head. It is the florescence lighting. Hey that's why the everything is yellow. My tomb seems to be darkening and the bright white pages have just faded to black. My pinball eyesI have slowed to focus on the shadows. I'm feeling parched. I had not noticed but the room has fallen warm. The air has become thick and heavy. My speedy eyes began to crawl. The absence of thought is spinning out of control. I will finish beginning some other day. Admitting defeat I will stay calm in this storm and I will lay down and take a nap in the Eye of a Hurricane.     Meer weergeven
