Brown Baggin' it today. Don't be fooled.. This is NOT a salad. It's a collection of individual flavors that are very good alone but INCREDIBLE when in community... with each other. If this group of ingredients was a band, it would win Grammy's!! Cucumbers, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, avocado, and sun dried tomatoes staged on arugula. Stop with the dressings.. Just a little grapeseed oil, sea salt and garlic powder does the trick! You'll be full for the rest of the day! P.S. Olives have been found to increase blood levels of Glutathione... My favorite!❤️

No cooking needed!! Super easy, super fast and super delicious
Portobello Mushroom Tacos
4 large Portobello mushrooms sliced
1 cup coconut aminos
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbl garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Mix all the above ingredients. Let the mushrooms sit in the marinade while preparing the remaining ingredients
1 small white onion diced
1 tomato diced
1 small head of red cabbage shredded
1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped
2 limes juiced
1 lemon juiced
1/2 cup pepitas
2 avocados diced
1 tbl sea salt
1 tbl garlic powder
Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl. Done!
Using the Mushrooms and the Taco Relish you can make tacos, lettuce wraps or Nachos. Your choice!
Here's the easiest healthy cracker and chip dip EVER! Sometimes I just need to feel like I'm being bad..
1/2 c goat cheese
1 tbl water
1 tap fresh basil...
2 tbl slices black olives
Mix the goat cheese with the water to create a creamy, cream cheese like texture. Add in the basil and black olives! DONE! But seriously, how easy is that?
Let me just tell you how awesome this is with sweet potato chips. I didn't have any but even the plain ol' rice crackers came alive with this dip! Doesn't look like much but I gotta tell us.. It will surprise you! You can be the hero of the party next they together!! (Double it up)
Poblano Taco Popper for lunch today! SO EASY and ridiculously yummy!
1 poblano Pepper
1/2 small sweet potato - sliced and sautéed ...
1/4 c chopped tomato
1/4 c sautéed yellow peppers
1/4 c sautéed mushrooms
1/4 c cilantro
Slice the top of the poblano pepper off and clean out the seeds. Slice it down one side so it opens up like a taco shell.
You only need ONE pan.. Sautée the yellow peppers, the mushrooms and the sweet potato all at the same time. Put the poblano in the pan as well to warm it (less spicy.) Once all the veggies are sautéed, layer everything, including avocado, cilantro and tomatoes into the poblano. Fold up the pepper like a taco and go for it! Mmmm!!!
Nutella!! Oh my! Easy! No sugars added .. No dairy and nothing artificial! Winner!!
1 1/2 c chopped hazelnuts
1/4 c dairy free chocolate chips (enjoy life are best!)
1 tsp coconut oil...
5-6 drops vanilla cream Sweet leaf Stevia
(Or you can just add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and a packet of Stevia)
Using a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until creamy.
In a separate dish, warm the chocolate chips and coconut oil until melted. Mix them together then add it to the hazelnut mixture in the processor.
Add in the vanilla cream stevia and blend until texture you like. The longer you blend, the creamier it gets. The less you blend, the hazelnuttier it is. (Not sure if that's a word but I did it anyway)
I ate it with Banana chips but it's ridiculously good on any fruit, cookie, pancake, bread, waffle or spoon.. Sky's the limit!
