After trying this place, I refuse to get my oil anywhere else! Even when visiting family out of state, we try to stop by the Pittsburgh and Crystal Lake locations as occasionally they'll have a diff...erent blend available. The roasted garlic, spicy parmesan, and Mia's bend are staples in our house! See More

I have had great fun trying new flavors of the olive oils and the vinegarettes. if you ask the staff they will give you great ideas for recipes.

Been here three times in the last year. First two visits were uneventful and I bought some really nice products. My last visit last week was met with two extremely rude clerks - one of whom actually s...natched my credit card out of my hand. My money will be better spent in other similar stores where I can be treated like a customer whose spending their money there by choice and not like a third class citizen. See More

One of the highlights of my visit to Colorado this past week was a visit to The Olive Tap in Manitou Springs which a friend had recommended. Unfortunately I arrived the exact time they were closing. H...owever the owner graciously let me in and gave me a sample of her fine oils and vinegars, patiently explained about pairing them, and offered her own suggestions and even shared some of her own experiences about traveling to Italy. I left excited about my items I'd purchased for friends back home in Oregon and feeling I'd made a new friend. I highly recommend a trip to The Olive Tap on your visit! See More

What a great place. That's the most extensive selection of vinegars and oils that I've ever seen. They even mixed a couple of vinegars for me. Mix the strawberry and the peach and drizzle over a salad... with a little Tuscan oil. YUM! See More

I had no idea there were so many olive oils! Awesome balsamics. The staff was very helpful and the fact that you can sample the oils and balsamics definitely is a game changer!

Great store. Internet says it opens at 10 am-but actually opens at 11 am. Had to sit around and wait a little bit-no biggie.

So many flavors! Walnut Oil and Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar were my first choices. What a wonderful combination. Fruity and Nutty...yum, yum.
