Noisy, no amenities, & they nickel & dime you on move out.

Lived here for over a year and our biggest complaint was it was noisy, really noisy. We lived on the 12th floor & faced the butterfly garde...n. Noise traveled right up & reverberated off the buildings and was amplified, it sounded like fire trucks were in our living room. Elevator noise carried and our bedroom was hard to sleep in with the constant whirl of it. Concrete building means if your neighbors above do not carpet you constantly hear them dragging furniture. Also means when your neighbors slam their door you hear it & your cabinets rattle. Washer & dryer were so noisy & located right in the middle of the living space you could not relax in your living room, kitchen, or bedroom with them going.

We cleaned, mopped, scrubbed everything and were charged for what they called a dirty oven, forgot a few items (nothing important) & were charged for "trash removal" & was instructed not to fix holes - you know why, so they can charge you! Be warned at move out.

Initial management was terrible & towed out car but current management is at least nice & reasonable to deal with, just deal with senior manager.

Overall better "deals" in Silver Spring. We got swept up that is was a new building but liked living at Citron and The Blairs better. So look around before committing.

This place has been fantastic for the past 3 years. The management is very helpful and is quick to fix whatever may occur. Extremely pet friendly too!
