I will never forget this day. I remember, as a first-time manager of two, not knowing what to do. The thought of all those people in those two towers. I grew up in Northern NJ. I could see the tower construction from my bedroom window. I knew I had friends and family that worked either in the towers or near. I will never forget this day, a day much like today. #neverforget

Love this!! Way to go ABB
The employees at ABB Westerville are at it again for Season 10 Year 2017 making sure Ohio kids in foster care receive a new bike and new hope for the holidays. ...The ABB Care Bears Q2 charity fundraising is dedicated to Bike Lady and half-way through the quarter they have already raised $1,747! And the ABB Foundation has committed a match up to $2,500! The ABB trademark tagline is "Power and productivity for a better world." Indeed.
Special thanks to direct contributors DAVE CHAPPELLE, KATHY McILVAINE, MICHELLE BARBOUR, SHUH-JIUAN CHEN, and DAVE CHAPPELL.

This is one of the many reasons we are compelled to help with Pelotonia. How incredible for both these warriors to be so driven to keep going and to encourage. More than ever #OneGoal
This is me at 55 miles (mile 156 in two days) today. We stopped at a random intersection in Centerburg, 6 miles away from the official rest stop, where this wo...man, Chris, was with her family. They were handing out Gatorade and snacks, ringing bells and cheering on riders. I got off the bike and was so hot and exhausted that I couldn't stand. I kind of collapsed. I didn't move from the spot I'm sitting in for probably 20 minutes. After wetting down my towel and providing me ice bags to cool me down and salt from the bottom of a bag of pretzels, Chris sat with me. She held my hands. She is a triathlete and a cancer survivor. She's battling a rare and nasty form. She finished chemo 8 weeks ago. Her hair is just starting to grow back. She found the strength to ride 25 miles yesterday. In the picture (thank you so much Mandi Helfrey Cecil!) Chris is telling me about her treatment, encouraging me, and telling me that if I don't have the strength to continue there is no shame, that the money we raised (almost $13 million so far this year) will help save her life, whether I ride 156 miles or 180 miles. It's good that I'm covered with the towel, because I was at this point crying like a baby! Chris, thank you for your help and kind words. You and your family kept me safe and your words, and hug, gave me the strength to finish today. I don't know Chris' last name. Please share this post, and if you know Chris, please share this with her. I would like to meet you, Chris, and thank you again in person. Pelotonia

Recruiting tip # 346. If you are recruiting in an area you are not very familiar with (if you are me that is every area) and you are chatting with someone that you are not sure how close they are to where the opportunity is based, ask Siri! "Hey Siri, how far is Mississauga, Ontario from Markham?" Works like a champ. Oh, and if you would like to read our previous 345 tips, make sure you like our FaceBook page...Well, you won't find them but like our page anyway. Enjoy your weekend!
