I know and work with plenty of estate tax attorneys, but I went to Mark and Kevin because of their reputation. Their staff is the friendliest you will find anywhere, and Kevin and Mark are THE profe...ssionals to give you the right plan. I know for a fact that their clients are sophisticated business and real estate owner/investors, and they know how to navigate the intimidating maze of estate planning laws. I wouldn't go anywhere else. See More

Nursing Home Residents Can Go Home for the Holidays. A great article by CANHR, which is an amazing organization helping the elderly in Calfornia. http://canhr.org/…/newsl…/Advocate/DidYouKnow/dyk_2016Q4.htm

As the holidays approach, nursing facility residents and their family members often worry about losing their rooms, or their Medicare or Medi-Cal status, if they leave a nursing facility for brief periods of time.

Inspiring Giving - On June 4th, find out how successful charitable fund raising motivates donors to invest in your charity’s activities. Learn what works and how to position your charity to ask for and RECEIVE significant gifts. Learn what Planned Giving is, and how gift planning techniques can leverage larger gifts.

This seminar is a must for charity leaders, including their board members and finance leaderships. Participants will learn how to have a conversation with d...onors to learn what is possible, and resources in the community to plan for and support planned giving campaigns.

Planned giving today isn't the domain solely of large nonprofits that can afford to hire financial and legal specialists. Many small nonprofits are launching successful programs or expanding their informal efforts; those who aren't sure whether such programs are feasible for them will find many resources at this seminar to help them. Attendees will receive a copy of Crescendo’s 2014 PLANNED GIFTS ONLINE MARKETING STUDY. Don’t miss out on this 25 page report covering online marketing for planned gifts.

Both seminars will be on Thursday, June 4th, one at 1:30 pm, and one at 6:00 pm at the Hellenic Center Meeting Room, 43404 30th St. West, Lancaster, California. Please RSVP at (661) 945-5868, or by email to marguelles@estateplanningspecialists.com, space is limited!

We look forward to seeing you on June 4th.

No contest clauses in California Wills.
