the place is a total nightmare i was car crash and was told to bring my car there to get it fixed. They did not fix my car the only thing really wrong with it was the side mirror was broken off and n...eeded to get put back on. They told the insurance people that my car was a total loss. the car is still driveble but instead of having the insurance people to pay to fix my car they said it was a loss which the triple AAA insurance said that they can't fix my car cause it was a loss. they won't give me a check cause i want to keep my car i have to hand over a salavge titile for me to get anything all because of this place telling tripe AAA my car is a loss. I am from illinois, i stopped in needing to finish drilling a hole in the front bumper of my truck so i can pull it back to illinois, and they refused us service completely and ran us off. The hole wa...s already 3/4 of the way drilled too but my battery died. See More

I've had my frontier for almost 10yrs now and have only taken it to this location for all maint and repairs. I have had issues in the past with some of the work that has been done to my truck but Tony... Goodman always got it done right. In my opinion he is what makes the service dept worth going to. He had went to another dept and I've hesitated taking my truck in because of it. I was told he will be returning to the service dept and I am so thankful of that. He is a true asset to this location. I contacted this dealership regarding a car they had listed and received garbage responses from the dealership's "sales professionals". Also it was noted that "Julia" the 24 hour a day chat assistant ...on their website is a Filipino based call/online chat center. I'm not sure who the "family owned" family is but this business is not much of a credit to the Nissan Corporation. My experience so far and comments from their customers has steered my away from this brand as I would not want to rely on their service department even if a Nissan was purchased elsewhere, until Nissan offers a more professional and reputable location on the Eastside of Tucson. I never ever had such bad customer services. I hate when people pull the rug under you. Very rude staff they go base on how you look and think oh you can't afford a certain car. Why can't you just be ...honest and not pull bs!! Very angry with the staff all the way up to management. They don't care about customers at all!! I would never recommend this place. See More

I've been coming here since I bought my Titan new in 08. This was the first oil chance that they put a 5,000 mile due sticker on it. Always change oil at 3,000. Why the change in miles?

The staff went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations, I never purchased a new vehicle because dealers tend to be pushy but I was impressed with the sales s...taff at Thouroughbred Nissan, they looked for every way possible to get me the best deal. They knew we were a military family who desperately needed a reliable vehicle and I went in with unrealistic expectations for a purchase price and they were able to get me into a new vehicle. My salesman David Livengood and the managers really fought to get me close to my price range. I definitely recommend Thouroughbred Nissan. No pushy sales staff and they truly do care about their customers. I truly want to thank you and your staff for helping my family! We looked at Nissan Altimas for two weeks. Entereprise, Carmax, Jim Click and Thoroughbred. They were all good but Thoroughbred had a low mileage SV for a great price. Their sales lady, Michelle, was excellent to work with. She respected what we asked for and presented what was available. Never any high pressure. We walked away after the first visit to decide what we wanted to do. She respected that. When we returned to see the car once more and another car she had. We felt very comfortable as she allowed us to decide. We are very pleased with our experience and love our Nissan Altima SV.

We bought our daughter a used car from thoroughbred and when we bought it they were great but since the purchase it has gone down hill. A month after we bought the car we went on a long drive and not...iced the brakes were pulling and grinding put it in the shop and was told the pads were still good on it and it couldn't be the issue we were having as they couldn't replicate it. Not even 2 months go by we had it back in for the same thing now all the sudden rotors need turned and we need brakes all around. They did pick up half but here is the kicker for some reason we bought the car the end of October and with any car purchase you usually get a years worth on tabs. Nope the tabs are only good until February so 4 months time and when we go get emissions done on the car they will not let it go through as the plug in is not secure. When we called Thoroughbred the entire undercarriage needs to be replaced and that is a 3 hr job at $120/hr. One would think this would have all been avoided if when the vehicle was inspected it was fixed not to mention when the vehicle has been in the shop mutiple times they could of caught it. I have to say there service department is less than adequate. See More

I love this dealership. After 4 other dealerships, we arrived here and were greated by Roman Benitez. First off he asked us, "tell me what you would like today?" and the best thing is he meant it! We ...set our pricepoint our must haves and guess what....No games, no trying to over sale, no bs. Roman Benitez supplied us with multiple choices in our price range! We bought a fantastic truck with all our must haves at a fair reasonable price! This dealership is family owned and you can tell. Worse customer service ever. I cannot stand this place. Will never buy from them ever again. They said I declined extended warranty on my car when I wasn't even given that option when I was buying the... car and now I'm suppose to pay 2000 to fix something on my car when I've only had it for a year. Car buying in May was great. But when I took it in for my first complementary service, it went south. I noticed my muffler on right side is quite lower than the left. I asked the service lady to check... and she just said it's how it suppose to be. I checked around other Altimas and both sides of mufflers are all even.... Cant stand dishonest people. See More

BUYERS BEWARE!! I purchased a used vehicle from here about 6 months ago. The whole sales process was pretty good at the start. They worked me a deal on the car and decided to purchase it. After furthe...r inspection of the car the next day I noticed that the valve cover gasket was leaking oil, the tires were mix matched and the air filter was black. I took it back to the dealer that same day. They didn't mention anything about the tires even though I told them about them. They cleaned the air filter "blew it off" and said the oil leak was actually a "seap" not a leak and they won't fix it unless it is actually leaking... having automotive background I told them a seap is a leak and it will only get worse. They denied fixing it. Upset about that I decided just to leave it alone and just be done with them. Well about a month later I get a call from finance saying I need to pay my down payment. I didn't agree to a down payment and any residual value left on my trade would be my down payment. So our agreement was for no cash down. They called me trying to get me to pay an additional down payment. I told them no that isn't what we agreed too. They said it was their mistake and they will take care of it. Well another month or two goes by and my car ends up breaking down and leaving me stranded I take it to the dealer they end up fixing it was a cam sensor Well about two weeks later I get another call from finance saying they still need my down payment from me even though they told me that it was all taken care of. Apon further inspection and research the car was sold to me with open recalls that were from 2015 that they never took care of which they are supposed to. Also my car states right in the owners manual that it is a safety concern to mix match tires on the car and not to do it because it messes with the tcs. I paid a lot of money for the "recon" fees on my car to not have problems like I have been with this place. They are disorganized and dishonest people. The a.c. just went out in my car two days ago and is gonna cost a pretty penny to fix. I will never go back to this place because every time I do absolutely nothing happens they just feed more bs to me. The recon fees this place charges compared to the actual work they do is a joke. They didn't even replace 10 dollar air filter before they sold it to me or after. Please beware of this place if you plan on buying a used car from them get a third party inspection on the car so you don't get screwed like I did. See More

Worst experience ever, if i could i would give these people zero stars but it won't allow it! These people are joke! I came in with my cousin who had a trade in that she still owed on, she had the veh...icle for over 3 years, now mind you she bought it from there. We did an approval over the phone and every thing was good according to Michael Auditore. We drove over an hour away, to wait 4 hours to be told that she was approved for a car that was 2 years older and had over 50,000 more miles more then what she already had!!! I took my 2007 Nissan Altima to Thoroughbred Nissan fully expecting to have to pay to replace my transmission. Tony the Service Advisor found a warranty that he was able to use that paid for my transm...ission saving me $4000.00. Me and my wife bought a vehicle from Thoroughbred Nissan last month and couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided. Michele was our sales person. We called her the day before and she the car ready to go the next morning when we arrived. Our entire purchasing time was about 1 1/2 hours. We also appreciated Rod in Financing.
