Was very upset that the room we requested was not what we reserved. The only option to fix it were two separate cabins not even in the same building. Very bad gas smell the whole time we were there. A...lso was not given the $50.00 gift card we were supposed to get for having the premium package. Will not go back to this resort.

After speaking with someone from the office , I will revise this. They were willing to listen to all of our complaints, and are working to fix most of the problems.

We showed up early to warm up by putting and stretching we checked in the pro shop staff was extremely rude, had began our round and went by the club house on our way to the next hole with 6 holes
To and the club house and restrooms were closed! No beverage carts on the course. Horrible customer service I won't recommend this course to anyone Ledgestone maybe more expensive but a
Much nicer course and a great staff that bends over to help make your game enjoyable not so at thousand hills!

This was our first time back to Branson in over 19 years & it was great! Our accommodations were not quite what we had told them we needed when we reserved it through another entity, but Tracy (from L...ake Tahoe NV) at the front desk took care of our ADA needs and within minutes of getting to our condo, the maintenance dept had someone there to assist us. Excellent customer service! We will be back!! ♡ See More

Very nice course. Not your typical par 72 round. Went online the day before playing and the price was $49 included the cart. When I went yesterday, I asked about a military discount and was told by... Woody the military and senior discount are the same. $10 off the regular price of $59. Oh well my loss. Played as a single and was finished in 2 1/2 hours. See More

Our family comes and stays in the cabins at Thousand Hills every year for the past 5 years. This year we were scheduled to stay 6 days and on our 3rd day we got a call that a family member was very il...l and had limited time to live. I called that morning and talked to I believe Jessica at the front desk and told her of our emergency and that we had to leave immediately and what did we need to do before leaving, she told me nothing just leave the keys, the laundry and the dishes and they would take care of it for us and she would even check on a partial refund for the remainder of our stay. Sadly to say we did not make it back home before he passed away but the fact they were that understanding and took care of everything was fantastic. I finally had a chance to check my discover card bill and they also credited me back the remainder of my stay. This place is awesome and I have and will continue to recommend this to anyone who asks for a place to stay while in Branson. Great job to all involved and my sincere thank you for making our exit as easy as you did. See More

We stayed at the Fairways and it was fantastic!!! Super clean and great views!! The staff was great and helpful. The Golf course was awesome!! My 18 yr old son and I love playing but we're not very g...ood so we lost like 15 balls...LOL!!! But for 4 hours the everyday grind was gone and we just laughed and had the greatest time the 2 of us have had for awhile!!! So thank you for that!! So from the whole family we will be back!!! We honeymooned in the cabins last year and are spending our first anniversary here again! We don’t play golf or anything but the cabins are fantastic and right by the outlet mall!

Had a great time and got paired with some great people. Beautiful course that was way more challenging than I am used to. Bring plenty of balls and have a good time. The carts had built in GPS. Bonus ...bonus bonus. It was also my wife's first round ever. See More

Course was in good shape. Of course we knew by the name it was hilly but it was hard to play. Most of the times you can't take the cart to your ball. Very tiring, even the tee boxes were hard to get to.

Called ahead and got a 10:00 T time. Checking in, the staff warned of the approaching rain storm, showed me the radar on his I phone and recommended we push our T time a couple hours. Just come back a...fter the rain clears out and we'll get you going is what the staff guy said. We went and checked out a antique and craft store, got some lunch and returned to the lodge. By then the rain had passed, the staff checked us in, gave us a discount and the key to the cart. The guy had just dried the cart off so it was good. Staff was very friendly, I think most people will respond and reciprocate to smiles and friendliness. You give respect, you get respect. My son and I had a great round of golf, the course was beautiful and awesome, staff was awesome, no pressure from anyone. It had just rained, so yes the grass was a little wet. We both are still agile and can walk, he's 17 and I'm 57, didn't slip and fall even once. I will play here again next time I'm in town and I'll tell all my friends how awesome a course it is! A couple of months ago, my family was up there and rented a condo. Before a day at Silver Dollar City, my wife and I booked a 7:30 AM tee time. Played the back 9 only. HAD AN AWESOME TIME!!!! Went ...back home and told friends about it.

Now next weekend, we are taking a group of 7 golfers up to play Sunday morning. Getting ready to book tee times. Can hardly wait!

Room and service was great. But for 200 a night the bed should be alot better than it was. About like sitting on a raft in water... both ends just folded up

Played Tuesday and Thursday here and you need starters and marshals to keep the play going as things got gummed up. We play about 1x a week off vacation time so we know how things should run. With 5 p...laying, we played best ball and found we did a much better job of playing through. You need to either have the cafe open at the time of play or have the refreshment cart go early. Playing 2 hrs in heat is no fun and we had our own water. Would have helped to be able to have ice and water at start time. Beautiful course, fast greens! See More

I wanted to play a traditional course not a par 64. Clerk would not refund my money once I got on the course. I played like 2 holes and left.

One of my favorite golf courses in Branson. Challenging, yet fun. Always in great shape. The staff are extremely friendly. Great food as well. Affordable. GPS in the carts. Highly recommend.

The course is great... Jennifer on the refreshment cart is spectacular!!

This was our issue. We're on vacation... 16 of us spending a week in your city... 6 of us came Golfing this beautiful Tuesda...y morning choosing your course to have a memorable and fun time. One of us is a first time golfer (that we as a family are wanting to encourage to love your sport) 4 of us love golfing ... but do not get to do very often and 1 is an avid golfer.

We were having a great time playing best ball until the golf course police came to tell us we're too slow (twice!!) .. mind you we let other couples play through ... at the same time trying to keep our two three-somes together... or in close proximity for our family fun...

My questions are this.... do you want Us to love your city? ... encourage others to come here and enjoy your city? ... visiting year after year supporting your economy? ... do you want new comers to play and love your sport?

Please consider these questions as you approach consumers on your course.

We have owned Our place for several years now and I can promise you... we absolutely love it here. This town has a lot to offer even without the shows. There are lots of hiking trails the golf is fun ...the woods are beautiful the air is clean just a nice relaxing place to come and load. I do not think it can be improved on unless you could get everybody to learn how to drive the tourist get kind of goofy sometimes. Spend some time and find the outer routes and you will not be stressed. See More

This is a par 64. One par 5. Par 3 and 4. All fairways are a steep walk from cart path. If grass would be wet, this would be a very dangerous situation.
The staff member we dealt with was not friendl...y. We were there at 4:45. He told us that he had a long day with 169 golfers. He tried to make us wait until 5 to play for 39 for 9 holes. 18 holes was 44. We had already checked online and we could pay 39 for 18. He was surprised we had checked online.
We had to sign a hold harmless agreement before we could get a cart. In my opinion that was very bush league. In reality a hold harmless agreement is not worth the paper it is written on.
I would not recommend this course. It is cheap to play and you get what you pay for v

Nice place to stay. Girls didn't like all the spiders in the 3 bedroom we stayed in tho. I didn't mind. All and all nice place.
