The foundation for our high tunnel is done! It's been one of the biggest (and messiest) projects we've taken on here but we're hopeful it'll be well worth it. The tubes buried in the earth will help to cool the structure in the summer and warm it in the winter. We sold out of figs in the first 3 minutes we were open! Apologies to those who wanted some today but try again tomorrow! The colder temps are keeping them from ripening quickly, unfortunately. We will have some amount of figs each day up until frost. And we have frozen figs for $5/lb while supplies last!

You won't believe what was hiding in the branches of the pawpaw trees! I can definitively say, these are the LAST PAWPAWS of the season. If you missed them last week, head on over today from 10-6!
