I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank your for your honesty and dedication while selling me my new car last month. I've always been wary of car salesman, often with good reason, ...but you've helped to redefine the stereotype .
Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that three-hour process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I was in the market for a new car as my old one was on its “last leg.” I went to the Nissan USA website to build the car I wanted and then navigated to the dealership s that had that vehicle with the s...pecs that were important to me. I then e-mailed each of the dealership s to see which of them was interested in my business. The one that stood out “head & shoulders” above the rest was Tischer Nissan. The General Sales Manager (GSM) made me an offer that was hard to turn down but, most importantl y, his pricing was transparen t.
So my wife and I drove more than an hour from northern Maryland down to Laurel to meet with the GSM and the salesperso n to whom we were assigned, Sol Jobe, pronounced like Saul.
Sometimes, one only gets what he pays for but, in this case, we got more than what we paid. From the moment we walked into the dealership until the moment we left, everyone was just as kind and accommodat ing as they could be, from the GSM to the Finance Manager to Sol.
And, in particular , Sol could not have been more patient. He answered all of our questions ... and then some. He knows the Nissan products “down pat.” This is the first car purchase we have ever made that was a “piece of cake.” The dealership is up front about everything and everyone wants you to be happy with your purchase. We could not be more pleased with the service we received. Even employees who were not part of our purchase were friendly and helpful. We were there longer than we expected to be but that was because of our questions, not because of the dealership ’s process.
And to the GSM I would say this, “Do not ever let Sol leave your dealership . As a matter of fact, you should make him the face of your dealership . If you let him go, it will be Tischer’s loss.” So hats off to Tischer Nissan & Sol Jobe. Keep up the good work.
In addition, there was a matter that arose about two weeks after the sale that could have become a concern for us but this dealership would have none of that. In other words, Tischer Nissan was not about to let my wife and me have any sort of an unpleasant experience . Assigning blame to the dealership or to us was never discussed. The GSM got right on it and took care of it in a matter of hours and the issue was resolved via e-mail and phone correspond ence. The dealership ’s service after the sale was just has exceptiona l as before and during the sale. I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership . Nissan and its products could not be better represente d at the retail level.
I even shared my experience with four other couples at a social function this past weekend and they were astounded. They had never heard of such extraordin ary service. Hopefully, someone in the group will seek out Tischer Nissan the next time any of them are in the market for a new or used car. See More
