Is there anything better than a cold, sweet citrus smoothie on a hot summer day?
Orange smoothies are so popular and not just in the summer. Since these smoothies have a huge amount of Vitamin C, I find myself making them at the slightest hint of a cold or sore throat!
Preparations:
For the Smoothie
2/3 cup pineapple chunks frozen
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup orange juice
For Garnish (optional)
orange segments
fresh mint
Instructions:
1) Pace the pineapple chunks, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and orange juice in a blender.
2) Blend until smooth.
3) Serve garnished with orange segments and fresh mint (Optional).
