If you haven't submitted a suggestion yet, you've still got one more day to help us name our new image-dating tool!
We're developing this exciting resource in partnership with The State Library of New South Wales. The new website will provide a step-by-step guide to accurately dating and interpreting family portraits and other historical pictures featuring people, drawing on up to 100 downloadable images from the Library's amazing collection, dating from 1788 to 1955.
We’d love to hear your name suggestions - get involved and enjoy exclusive access to the website before the official launch in late June.
We've come up with a few names and taglines to get you started:
- Look Dater: decoding historical images in Australia
- Image Detective: dating historical images in Australia
Tell us what you think about our ideas and share your own by commenting below by Monday 22 May. Thanks to all who have shared their thoughts so far - we've loved reading your suggestions!
