I love the food but good luck getting through on the phone, and when you do finally get through, they tell you 45 minutes for delivery but it takes FOREVER to actually show up, and by then your food i...s cold and gross. I ordered garlic knots and a can of Pepsi tonight at 120am, was told 45 minutes, and at the hour mark I started trying to call the shop. The line was busy from that point on. The driver finally moseyed in an hour and a half later, and my knots were cold. I was at work and had nothing else to eat, so I ate them so I could get through the shift. The food is great when it gets to you on time, but not worth paying for when they are consistently late. I ran a pizza shop for 8 years, so I know what I'm talking about, and this isn't the first time I've had to bitch about the food being late and cold, this was the last order they are getting from me. I literally just bought a pizza with extra bread. I just paid $16.95 for this "stuffed pizza". Not only did the meat one go up two dollars, but my stuffed cheese went from $12.95 to $16.95. I waited o...ver and hour and a half for delivery, and was delivered two half cold pizzas, which are apparently "stuffed". When I went to get my money back, Tri Pi was completely empty, minus two girls at the ATM, and was told they didn't know who made it. We have bought these from there before, several times, and each time they were so stuffed I could knock someone out with it, and was almost an inch thick. I'm sorry but you just lost my business for being cheap. Raising your prices, and making your food half-ass. I work in a grocery store where a pack of pepperoni is $2.19- at home I make my own Stromboli and use not even half of the pack among other meats, for less than $5, dough and all. NACHOS, Loaded - tortilla chips, beef, black olives, fajita corn mix, etc. You could put all the beef, jalapenos and corn mix on one tortilla chip. $7.95, what a joke. Called in and asked about it, al...l the manager could say was, "I made it and that's what you get." Tri Pi recently underwent a noticeable simultaneous increase in price & decrease in quality. Latter part might just be in my head since they have a bunch of competition in town and I've had the oppor...tunity to eat at other places since. Regardless, even if I'm wrong and it didn't get worse, it certainly didn't get better despite the price hike.

Crust is ridiculously thin for their normal pizzas, several of their ingredients had clearly just come out of a jar, they usually skimp on the toppings when you want to add them, and the garlic knot has been cold to lukewarm the past four times I've ordered from them. Last part seems like an easy fix.

On the bright side, even if their Strombolis seem a little overpriced, they're delicious. Their white pizza also tends to be quite good, aside from the previously mentioned problem with crust thickness. See More
