Fifteen months ago, I heard the Back Behind album playing on Kate Marks' phone in the gym and begged for Sam's number. Whilst I still don't have a six pack, I do now have an album and a great mate. I would call that a very successful gym trip.

As of this morning, recording of The Perfect Shirt (provisionally) is complete and awaiting mixing! Thanks for bearing with us,

We're playing the UEA Grad Bar this evening, no PHD/impressive beard required for entry.

May or may not be including a Jungle Book cover in our set at The Birdcage tonight...but also we most definitely are, so come down if you fancy it!
