We have been brewing all our coffee with a Pour Over filter for well over a year now. The devices allow for simple control over the key brewing elements for a great cup of coffee - temperature, time. For a great cup of coffee, you want your water to be between 195 and 205 degrees, and the brew should last about 3 minutes, with a slow steady exposure of water to the freshly ground beans.
