Playing alongside some awesome talent at @borderlinebar tonight. @oakheartcmf would be lucky to have any one of these bands hit the stage! Good times! #calicountry #oakheartcmf

Alright Truxton Mile fans! This is your chance to help us out. We are playing in the Oakheart Music Festival’s Battle of The Bands to get a spot on one of their stages for the big event. The actual Battle of The Bands will take place next Friday, February 9th at 7pm. If you can make it, that would be fantastic, but if you can’t, please take a moment and follow the link below to vote for us online!

2017 was a wild year for us. So many things ✔️ off the list and so many incredible memories made. ‘17 was a challenging year for many, but we welcome you with open arms, 2018!

Props to Matt Munoz for another great article in The Bakersfield Californian! We’re honored to be part of the 2017 roundup amongst phenomenal artists and ambitious ventures. But more so, we’re happy to say that we’re part of a local music scene that, as Matt masterfully dictates in the article, is on the up-and-up. We spent a lot of time out of town this last year, but Bakersfield is still the place we come home to, and it’s where our heart stays every time we leave.
Check out the article! Support your local talent!
¡Oi!

Bakersfield country had a trio of noteworthy moments by some honest-to-goodness homegrown talent, with two California-themed singles and a strong re-release.
