I've been to a couple of events hosted by SJP and based off of my experiences here, I have no clue h...ow they can receive all this hate if it is not from a prejudice mindset. The events I've gone to included new members/attendees with little to no background knowledge and there, SJP was open to discussing and answering any questions. Go to a meeting or an event and see for yourself, you'll learn something! Mehr anzeigen

Amazing group that puts on a consistent series of events. Some of these events are active and others... educational. Consistently speaks out against injustice. It is reassuring to see a strong presence, speaking on behalf of my friends in Palestine, of all of our brothers and sisters oppressed by an imperial war-machine, here at UCSB. Currently SJP is being targeted, censored, and silenced by Facebook, campus groups, and the university. Solidarity is a verb. The more those in positions of power oppress those that speak out for justice, the more those who witness and are oppressed will rise up in outrage. Mehr anzeigen
