Tops filed a motion seeking bankruptcy court approval of its KEY EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PLAN ("KEIP"). UFCW District Union Local One, and the UFCW Local One Funds, will STRONGLY OPPOSE ANY BONUSES GOING TO ANY MANAGEMENT OFFICIAL OF TOPS with the Bankruptcy Court on May 10, 2018. Ironically, UFCW Local One Pension Fund filed a motion to the bankruptcy court seeking full post-petition pension contributions. On one hand Tops management wants to get BONUSES, and on the other hand they want to pay only ONE THIRD what is due your pension plan! #NO2KEIP We will keep you informed when we can release more documentation and information.

Every time I call 1 (800) 959 9497 I am connected to Marianne, the ONE customer service agent for this troublesom e insuran...ce company. She speaks down to me, treats me like a child, and is verbally degrading in her speech. She will speak over me, tell me I'm wrong, and manipulate my words. Her service is the worst I have ever received with any company I have ever dealt with. She hung up on me not once, but twice. It was not accidental - I heard her physically hang up the receiver. Marianne lied about how much my bill was going to cost, and refused to admit to her mistake. Marianne knew I was upset on the phone because my voice was shaking because I told her I couldn't afford to pay my bill that I was told was an out of pocket expense of $170 and a month later they billed me $1200. She was insincere and inconsider ate and could care less. She refused to talk to my dentist or have someone call over OTHER THAN HERSELF. After speaking to her I asked to cancel my insurance which she repeatedly told me it was the insurance companies fault and I told her I did not want to deal with this shady company that did not inform me of my expenses. Four times she repeated herself until I was begging to speak to someone else. Marianne put me o hold and told the "health" department (walked over to her cubical I assume) about me. The next lady, didn't get her name unfortunat ely, was rude and inconsider ate as well! She refused to give me the papers to cancel my insurance. I am appalled with Local One. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to claim this as an issue and stop my insurance immediatel y. If you have a choice, do NOT deal with this horrendous company.

and a pension that will make retirement a reality !
