I arrived 10 minutes prior to their closing after a 7-hour flight. I wanted some water and to sit down for a minute. I was immediately told, from an older man coming out of the bathroom, that they clo...sed in 10 minutes. I asked him could I come in? He was very reluctant to let me in. I was then greeted by another lady inside that told me again, they closed in 10 minutes. I went to get a water out the fridge and she told me I couldn't get it, she had to get it for me. They both started talking rather loudly about turning the lights off so they could get out, as I sat there staring at the television that was turned off. They were so rude and "Un-Welcoming" I ask them did they want me to leave, and they said yes! Because they had to close on time. In my 32 years in the military I've never seen a USO office it like this, and I hope I never will again. See More

Stopped in at the USO at the Las Vegas airport due to my flight being 4 hours delayed! My husband is active duty stationed at fort benning and I traveled to visit family in vegas with my 5 year old by... myself. The people at the USO were so welcoming and supportive! This was my first time utilizing a USO facility, and have been completely blown away with how loving everyone has been! See More

I was a very tired and weary woman when I arrived at the airport. I was taken in and treated like family. Ended up meeting many people that I had connections with, The six hours passed quickly and ple...asantly.😘 I definitely see about becoming a volunteer in my home town. Treated like long list family, brilliant evening spent.🤗 See More

The personnel and staff are extremely kind and respectful beyond belief. This was the best airport experience I've had of many! The food/sushi/beverage options are broad and delicious! I highly recommend.

We are extremely grateful for the time these volunteers put in to keep this place up and running. So blessed to have been able to spend 5 hours here after 3 delays kept us from getting back home.

Good facility overall. Volunteers were extremely friendly. They could use some new furniture though and more space, but the airport is going through a renovation.
