A hurricane caused my trip to be cancelled so I held onto tickets hoping I could make a trip before my tickets expired (365 days after purchase). However I could not plan a trip by time they expired. ...The refund process was super easy and super quick, which was a major relief. I did get paper tickets, which I had to mail back (which made me nervous but I used delivery confirmation). I’m not sure how easy it is to refund e-tickets, but with paper tickets it was ridiculously easy. I would be happy to purchase tickets through them when I do take my trip as I feel safe buying tickets and knowing that I can easily return them if needed. See More

Appalling experience! Beware! Two holds will be placed on your credit card, one for the tickets you have bought and one for a smaller amount. Then without PRIOR knowledge they send you an email asking... you to verify the smaller amount before handing over the tickets! If you are in a different country and pay using a visa debit card instead of a credit card this is near impossible. After four emails asking for help they canceled my transaction and tickets (however I have to wait 7 days for to get my money back). I have never given a one star review before, that’s how upset I am over this. Suggestion: maybe change your verification process for international buyers or at least make them aware of it before they purchase. See More

We got tickets for Universal 4 days and WDW 9 days. Fantastic service no hassle for nervous travel beginner. Although Irma joined us on our trip, she only made us miss 1 day and the no lines the other... 8 made up for that so wasn’t worth trying to chase refund or compensation. See More

I wish the app was available in more than just iPhone version - it's disappointing I can't give it a try - hence loss of two stars on rating.

Excellent service. We only have 1 day to visit WDW (Christmas day)! Ordered our tickets online and they arrived in less than a week (UK) this means no queuing for tickets when we arrive we can head st...raight into the park with the added bonus of sorting out some fast pass rides before we even get there. I purchased Disneyworld tickets from Australia for my family of four and that part of the experience went well. When something goes wrong however, like a hurricane, Undercover Tourist proved to be a ...big mistake. As our whole trip was cancelled, all of my other travel providers (even the non-refundable ones) had no issue with refunding or rebooking - not so for UT. I phoned Disney who would have fixed the issue of expired tickets straight away over the phone, but as I had purchased through UT, I had to commence a refund process through them. Two weeks have now passed and I don't think they have even started the process that they said could take 6-8 weeks to get a decision. As we are travelling again soon, I had to purchase more tickets (through Disney this time) and am now $1800 out of pocket. Not work the risk and the stress to save a few dollars. See More

We have used undercover tourist in other trips without any issues. Always recommended their services and top notch customer service. Giving always a 6 star out of 5. However, this year the experience ...getting the tickets was very bad.

I tried to purchase my e-ticket and had the order cancelled three times without any information. After several emails asking about it, I got the agent to explain the reason. She said the computer systems were recently updated and e-tickets could not be issued for countries not listed. Despite this I was able to book my hotel with you using the same procedure (and it was a great experience btw. )The issue only happened with the ticket purchase.

I was told that I could order physical tickets and have it as a pick up order in Orlando ( which to me makes no sense, isn’t it the same procedure to charge up my card for a pick up or for an e ticket!?) ended up buying in the universal Orlando page and in the Disney page.

I hope my country ( Costa Rica) is added to your systems and we are able to keep buying from your company, which is great and hope to use again in again in the future, but for now it left us with a very bad experience this time.

According to your customer service staff, I need to have an US credit card to be able to buy e-tickets.

Yesterday I made a purchase and today it was rejected. At the time of making the purchase does ...not say anything of that.

Last thing they told me was:

"It must be a US Credit Card being used. And a US billing address that matches what your photo id would have on it. If no, then you can not place an order with us."

So.. not suitable for international tourists

now i have to wait for a week to have my money back.

I have used Undercover Tourist for a few years now with zero problems. I have purchased tickets to Disney World (1 time) and Universal Studio Florida (2 times). I like that their prices include all ta...xes and fees so it makes it easier to compare prices with other sites and there's no mystery fees. However, I do feel like their prices are not very competitive anymore so that's why I haven't purchased anything in about a year. I follow Undercover Tourist on all social media pages and I signed up for their newsletter just hoping and waiting to find a flash deal in the near future. They are still worth a 5-Star rating in my book since when I did order, I had no issues. Their website is very user friendly as well and I feel like their crowd calendar is the most accurate.
