It is a great place to watch any concert and not a bad place to sit. We loved it and ticket prices at the box office are outstanding!

We’ll not be returning. Traveled a very long ways and was told we needed to sit while singing to our favorite song. The seats and rows behind us were completely empty so we were not blocking anyone’s ...view. Very disappointing. See More

It’s a small venue and not a bad seat at all. No matter what event. Awesome concert arena.

I've been to many concerts (Denver, KC, Wichita, Amarillo, and many others) and have never had to wait almost 30 minutes to get a drink. The line was not that long but only ONE person was working the ...counter. Super disappointed that I missed most of the opening act. Not sure if I'll ever be back again or if I would recommend it! Loved Martina and High Valley though! See More

All the events I have been to have been great... Easy access, plenty of staff on hand to help, and always clean and tidy.

I have been here for Law games, Jeff Dunham, and most recently for a Rock Concert. It's a nice and clean venue. As far as overall sound goes for Concerts it all depends on who's running the Sound Bo...ard for the Bands. For the Make America Rock Show some bands sounded great some ok but could be better. I would definitely come back again for future shows. Especially if they bring in more rock bands. See More

My husband and friends and I attended Hairball and had one of the best times! This was the second time to see this show! We were on the floor right next to the stage! Thanks United for continuing to b...ring a variety of entertainment for our area in southwest Kansas ! See More

I've been to the arena for a number of events and have not been disappointed. The latest was the indoor ice rink. The people at the admissions window were calm and respectful. Much respect to the supe...rvisor "Becca", young and compassionate that maintained composer on the busy day. The indoor activity could improve on keeping track of the music so tunes don't stop playing. During our visit the music stopped for about 10 minutes 3-4 times, and then one could hardly hear the tunes.
The arena offers buckets as a guide for the beginner skaters, which should be kept track of by the skate police because too many people were not mindful of the true skaters in need. Additionally, people should not be able to sit out, hold on to the buckets, and not use them.
My thought is the buckets should be rented out.
But the experience was a memorable one! Congrats on the ice rink idea United Wireless.

My boyfriend and I, and 4 other friends went to Make America Rock Again. We had a blast, but the was so loud that it started making me feel light headed and I had to leave and go out in the vendors ha...ll a few times. Plus there were these 8 people standing in front of us that were not supposed to be there. We bought tickets for the third row, and even though I knew these people from my hometown, they were still really annoying. One guy told my bf that they had bought $25 tickets for the side upper seats.....wth. One of the drunk guys with them started spilling beer on everyone, breaking chairs, being inappropriate, so I went the the police and they kicked him out...thank god!! So I just wish the police and others working there were more forceful about the seats. Plus if you vape/smoke be sure to take those in, they have a smokers pit off to the side somewhere. Because once you leave you leave out through the entrances, you can get back in. Over all we had such a great time and enjoyed going and will most likely go back again. See More

A marvelous ice rink. I counted at least 75 skaters on the ice and about 15 more not on the ice and that was the 4:00 session. It's so much fun!!! I hope they get an ice show here and maybe a ho...ckey exhibition game. Regardless, this is great exercise. See More

A great place close by! My only complaint is when i pay for front row seats i would expect that there wouldn't be several people standing in front of me. If you want to be upfront and close then pay f...or the seats like everyone else. See More

Could have been an excellent concert. Remember size - it is a smaller event space. Music was so loud that it was distorted. Ears hurt through the next day. Several around us said the same thing. ...You couldn't even understand the words. We have attended several concerts. Had an enjoyable time until Montgomery Gentry. Please tone it down. See More

I think the United Wireless Arena is one of the best kept secrets of western Kansas. It's so nice to be able to go to a nice facility so close to home.

It's clean and most of the employees are nice. But what is it so dang cold?!? There is this breeze blowing and I'm having to wear my winter coat inside!

It's a good place to have events & it be sad to lose it for something stupid. I went to the Make America Rock concert, and while i did enjoy myself, we could have had 10 times more fun if police was n...ot on our ass about everything. During a break, while no bands were playing my fiance and I went to say hello to a friend he hasn't seen in 5 years. They didn't even get to talk for 5 minutes when the officer told us we had to leave because we didn't have tickets for that area. IT'S A BREAK FOR HEAVENS SAKE! everyone is trying to see their friends take pictures and make memories, what's the big deal. We couldn't dance to the side of our seat cuz officers would tell us to move in the row. It was like being at a concert with my mother. Being babysat for, screaming too loud, for dancing, for saying hi, for taking was ridiculous. They need to remember people come to have fun & enjoy the night. Last concert i went to was Avenged Sevefold in Kansas City. All police cared about, was that we did not block the emergency isles. Dodge City is a small town, get it together & relax..let the public enjoy what they paid for instead of sucking the fun out of it. See More

The Dinosaur Unleashed Exhibit was very nice. Our children enjoyed themselves. My only complaint is that we had to walk through all of the bouncy play area and my kids didn't understand that it was to...o expensive to participate. See More

Great concert and venue! Sawyer Brown concert brought back many great memories of trips to see them at Hays in the 80's and 90's.

United Wireless has been a great venue for every event I have attended.
