The service the East Greenville provides is awful. Since the new manager took over it has become a nightmare to deal with. He argues and fights customers every step of the way. Tellers continuously me...ss up. I've witnessed a very large sum of money being put into a random account, and they act like it wasn't a big deal. It's a shame that my family has banked with Univest for a long time and I will be going to a credit union due to the lack of respect the manager has towards your customers. See More

I am sorry to say that the new hours are horrible, closing a hour earlier on Friday and no Saturday hours doesn't help me at all, I have to leave work to go to the bank, wasn't an issue til now. ATM ...machine charge for using any ATM but Univests, I could at least go to a Wawa before who has no surcharge.
Natalie at the Willow Grove office however is an asset, always a smile when you come through the door...she would get 5 stars, but the changes since becoming Univest are fair at best.

I am voting for Operation Address the Homeless. Operation Address the Homeless has made me see the differences we can make by being positive and lending a helping hand. I’ve seen OATH give tons of peo...ple the opportunities to not only better their day, but their life. From the showers they give and the clothes. They have put together tons and tons of events helping to raise food, clothes, etc for those in need. This organization reminds me of all of the good in the world and also inspires me to give good things to the world. I’ve seen life’s do a complete 360 because they had a team like Operation Address the Homeless believing in them and giving so selflessly. See More

I am voting for Bridge to Recovery. They help so many people in early recovery to get their feet back on the ground. Very important to stay focused on abstinence in early recovery not have to worry ab...out being homeless or go hungry. See More

I think it is phenomenal that your organization gives to the community in so many different ways. I have been a volunteer for Phoenix Assistance Dogs of Central PA for 3 years and learned of your comp...any through them. See More

Finding Shelter Animal Rescue is most deserving of this prize. They do so much good with all of their Rescue work and MOST Importantly they educate the public and bring awareness of the horrific truth...s about puppy mills and what buying a dog versus rescuing a dog really means! See More

I'm voting for Quakertown Community Outreach. This local organization has helped so many in this community and hopefully will be able to continue to do so. I know quite a few recipients (including mys...elf) who have benefited from their services. See More
