We had our first visit today and it was the best experience! Dr. Thompson and the vet assistant Albert were wonderful! Elwood has had to be muzzled at the vet before because he gets to nervous and it ...was the complete opposite experience at VCA. They got on the floor with him and spoke gently and kindly to him. Elwood responded very well, even tried to get in Albert's lap for a cuddle! I liked that they broke down the prices for treatments and had two different options at different price points. They were wonderful and we will definitely come back! See More

Thank you so much to the staff of VCA. You helped me with the passing of my sweet George. I rescued him about 7 years ago and he was 16 when he left this plane of existence. I have known so many in my lifetime, but George had a special piece of my heart. He was so protective and such a leader. He outlived so many of his rescue brothers, sisters, and species. They all loved him and I loved him like my child. You made his last moments on earth end in perfect peace and dignity. I am hoping the heartache will go away's been so hard without him. Thank you again. See More

I think the people are truely amazing! The service was excellent and I love the fact that my vet assistant kept refering to me as mom! That to me means alot as a pet owner becuse she is my baby. He wa...s so kind to her and I feel awful that three people had to deal with her "prim" attitude haha but it was a wonderful experience. The only reason i gave it 4 was because it is a little bit pricer than I imagined, but sometimes you have to weigh your options.. money or care. Reguardless I was pleased! See More

You guys took so much time with not only us, but Bella and Carly today. I really felt like you not only cared about their welfare, but in ours as well. You were so thorough in explaining the various... options, working up the prices and explaining everything to us. My sister is a Vet at VCA in Santa Fe and highly recommended trying you guys out. So glad we did!!! Very pleased!!! See More

I've been going to VCA for 2 1/2 years, dealing predominantly with Michael and Mr. Thompson as doctors and Noel as the receptionist. I've never left unhappy with the way Trigger and Lady were treated ...medically or handled physically, and everyone has always been more than kind and informative. Trigger loves going to VCA, and even though I am moving to Charlottesville I intend to continue their yearly checkups at this location! See More
