I've had a positive experience with VSee; Samantha was responsive and helpful when I first signed up. It works well for what I need it to do.

I have made multiple appointments in which Michael Mussman, Representative has blown me off I have made multiple appointments for a demo with the Reprensentativ...e Michael Mussman. He blew me off hanging up several groups of physicians for a demo (twice) now. Initially, he did not for respond for 3 days. Numerous non-confirmation emails and never on line to take calls. I was told he mistakenly Had PST instead of PST appointment but the PST appointment was then not available. I have hardly ever seen so many flashing red flags that demonstrate incompetence. Don't expect this honest critique will stay here long, but honesty and competence are traits that are valuable.. Lets see is a response is warranted? See More

A friend got me using Vsee, but so far, it's appeal eludes me. There's no way to have it save my login info on either my phone or my laptop. Typing out my email... address every time gets old. It's great that you're going to add login from multiple devices, but you already added the irritating popups telling you to update to that version when it's not even out yet. And it's missing some obvious things. For example, the iPhone app doesn't recognize links, so you have to highlight and copy and paste. And there's no option to send photos or videos. It feels like you released an unfinished product. See More

Love Vsee, it truly is low on bandwidth usage and the quality is fine for me, just a basic user who only wants face to face contact without all the bells and whistles. I use to use Hangouts which is good too but, ate too much of my broadband bandwidth.

Awesome. Occasionally there are connection quality issues, but that happens with all video calling applications. Uses about 1/10th of the bandwidth by my estima...tion versus skype. Use it for text chat too. Simple and to the point. Video quality is quite good on most calls too, skype by comparison often seems blurry. So glad ive found it, will never use skype again. See More

Me and my husband were just looking for an alternative for Skype temporarily when I found VSee. We both love it, especially because instead of knocking us off w...hen the net has an issue, it just waits for the issue to resolve, and then catches up. SCORE!
I had no idea I'd be replacing Skype, but that is exactly what I'm gonna be doing :)
For those interested, the only thing I wish it had was auto-answer.

Best Alternative to Skype and Oovoo for desktop IMHO. More secure (256bit AES encryption) and lower bandwidth requirements (less than half of skype bandwidth).
